Sounded like an older male with a very raspy voice, maybe a smoker? Not sure, however he was very rude about it just clicked instead of discussing with me why HE personally couldn't be of any help or directed me to someone with more knowledge. I know librarians are severally underpaid but that's no excuse to go around the policies or be rude.

High quality content and friendly staff to boot! They also have a seed library where people bring and take seeds home to plant. Just amazing! We came here to see their pride story hour which was lovely. They had gifts and bubbles of the kiddos along with music, stories, and they did it outside. It was wonderful! We will definitely return!

Homeless in the area, loud music blasting from cars while in red light, abandon cars, it's not the best part of neighborhood. The front lobby had a large PO Box area accessible from 6am-4pm, closed on Sundays and holidays. Service area was in the back. It's really small. There was one person working and no line. Can't imagine how this place would look when it's busy. Besides the area, we had great customer service.

They used to have the passport forms out on the tables but not no more. This location is on the corner and it's very beat down from the street to the inside of this post office. They have a decent amount of PO Boxes. It's a very small post office compared to others but in a convenient Mid City location with very very limited parking. Be careful where you park, majority of it is timed parking and the meter police are not afraid to give you tickets. They have only gated USPS personnel's parking on their property. The prices of shipping drastically jumped. I totally get it; due to inflation. So we just gotta suck it up and pay for it. They sale variety size of boxes, envelopes, stamps etc. The service is slow but I know they are doing their best. My rating is for the convenience of this post office.

The teachers are always very kind. I do love having a sub too. It's fun to learn and is a great workout! I always find parking, but if there's an event happening parking can be hard to find. The teacher we have right now is Emily. She's awesome and makes me feel very comfortable. Even tho I always feel uncomfortable most of the time. We had a sub named Jared recently. He was great! I love learning from subs.

From outdoor patio seating to study areas upstairs, there's a place for everyone. We inquired about a study room and the staff opened one for us! It was a great private room with a huge table that could sit around 6 and a whiteboard. A lot can come out of just asking!

The architecture is so cool, and you can tell that a lot of it is original! Father Bill gave a wonderful homily on the gentleness of Jesus, and how we are called to be gentle too. They were incredibly accommodating and always willing to answer our questions while helping us navigate the requirements for a Catholic wedding. We had a visiting priest officiate our wedding, and the Mission staff was flexible and easy to work with while still preserving the beauty, reverence, and traditions of the Catholic Church. That meant a lot to us because our faith was the most important part of our wedding day. The Mission itself is absolutely stunning, and the history and atmosphere made our ceremony even more meaningful. I had filed a service request after I couldn't find my delivery, and Dee went above and beyond to assist me. She personally reached out every day with updates, asked the carrier to recheck the mailboxes in our apartment complex, and kept me informed at every step. In the end, the package was found at our apartment office -- and it was all thanks to Dee's dedication, consistent follow-ups, and clear communication. I truly appreciate how much effort she put into helping me resolve the issue. Initially, I thought the package was gone for good, but Dee and the carrier worked together to make sure it was found. This library had cool short clips of Library Man vs. Dewy the decimator on their facebook page. I watched it with my two younger kids and they were hoping to run into him. We didn't but we saw a poster and my middle son asked me to take a picture of him with it. - This library doesn't have an outside space like the other SD libraries I have been to. We tend to visit this library during the "Where's Odi" switched from "Where's Waldo" event.
