Before Spark prime it was an anonymous carrier. He did not give me any more information beyond the area code the delivery driver would call from. Then it was ZEO 2024 LLC. Should be GEO 2024, however the broker intentionally made his words sound off to mess with me. When I was told Spark Prime would deliver my truck, he made it sound like "Sprightly Farms." I had to ask him to spell it out. The delivery driver himself was the same person who called himself "Joseph Price" within a local HVAC company, a short guy with blue eyes. As usual he was eager to ask for tips before arriving. This was after the first quote was raised. His accent did not sound authentic. When USAid stops fertilizing Odessan oligarchs' perennial conflict, guess who plan B is? They will try to make you feel crazy and then ask for more money. Just don't.

Full story: We had engaged another broker to transport our car from Boston to California and the other broker pulled a bait and switch tripling the originally quoted price. Needless to say we cancelled our order with that broker leaving us in a pinch. When I called Bobby, I was very skeptical of auto shippers because of the other broker. He was very patient with me, explaining everything and assuring us he would deliver on his promises. I had read all the great reviews on Yelp so I decided to go for it. Within an hour he had located a driver and had the driver's dispatch call me to coordinate a pick-up time and what we could expect upon delivery. When the truck arrived to pick-up our car, the driver was very professional and documented the condition of the car while keeping me informed of everything he was doing. When he finished, I was shown everything he had noted and was provided an electronic copy to my email. Our car was delivered right to our door and in excellent condition. Their reviews seemed good enough. Communication was through Yelp and it was rather sporadic and delayed. We didn't receive updates unless we followed up. There were so many miscommunications regarding the pick up of our vehicle. We were told that we would be contacted by a driver within a 3-day pick up window. This call never came. TWICE. We had to go through scheduling a vehicle pick-up two different times due to various excuses and circumstances that were never communicated to us until after the fact. Our car was supposed to arrive to WA the same day we moved in. We had planned for that weeks back. Due to the continuous delays, lack in communication, and "unforeseen circumstances," we were left without a car in WA for 1.5 weeks. Moving is already a stressful process. This service was supposed to make it easier, but it only added to the stress. Timelines were not honored or respected. Do not go with them unless you're not particular about your car arrival! They also do not have tracking!

The driver was extremely rude and very unprofessional. The car ended up, not even being delivered to my home because apparently I should've known. That he was unable to drive over speed bumps. (Even point-blank told me. " I was never told that there was speed bumps. I should've been told." Then proceeds to ask me "have you ever been a truck driver? You should know this stuff.") I had contacted the guy on 1150 this morning of delivery just to get a more narrow of a window because I need to plan out my day, especially since I have two children under the age of two and my husband is out of town do too training. I mentioned to the guy that I live on a military base and I would need to escort him on. Coming up with all these excuses that he needed enough space to turn around. (Which there was plenty of space and he was able to turn around just fine without damaging any of the cars. Shocking that a woman was right.) with being on a military base I dropped a pin on Google and texted him the pin so he knew where to go. Confirmed he had a real ID. (Needed for all military bases). Finally, when he was about five minutes out, he asked can he just drop it off where I pinned it to him because he noticed that my house was 10 minutes away. Again proceeded to tell him no I did not plan for someone to come up here cause he told me that he was able to drop it off at my house when I talk to him earlier in the day. Again, he was reiterating that he does not trust the pin that he would not have enough space to turn around. I told him I confirmed with one of the guys working the gates that the area that I told him to go to had more than enough space for him to turn around without damaging any of the cars. Mind you he had been rude and abrasive and was raising his voice multiple times on the phone call. He only began to be sorry once I was chewing him out for not doing his job. I literally open my door and pointed at my kids who are under the age of two who are crying and had to wait in my car for 40 minutes for me to get this debacle figured outmind you he never explained to me he could not go over speed bump since I am not a truck driver myself I should not have to be explaining this to people whose job this is. I provided my payment info and was told a driver would be assigned by midweek. That never happened. By Thursday, after repeated calls and texts, I was completely ghosted--no updates, no driver, no communication. Because of this, I didn't have enough time to find another company, and my pregnant daughter was forced to drive the car herself, which we were trying to avoid. This was extremely unprofessional and stressful. If they couldn't do the job, they should have said so. I would NOT recommend this company based on my experience.

I chose the shipping company based on reviews alone and the price being under $1,000 for my tank of an SUV was just a bonus. My first positive with this company is that unlike many of the more popular companies across the US, they are not just a broker and they actually hire and employ their own drivers, so they actually know the person who is delivering your car. This company also did such an amazing job with communication. Not only did they call and text me with updates but when I did call I mostly talked to the same person and they knew my info with just my name and number. Also, I gave them the contact of the agent at the dealership where they picked up from and they communicated beautifully with them as well. Lastly, my car arrived beyond earlier than expected and without a scratch on it! The car was picked up on Tuesday so I didn't expect it to arrive until the weekend or early the next week, but my car was dropped off early Friday morning and the driver called me himself when he was about 45 minutes away and called me again when he arrived to arrange the drop-off. Not to mention that I live in the inner city and the delivery driver unloaded the car like a true professio I can't recommend this company enough, thank you USA Auto Transport of Chicago!
