When I walked into the office it was clean looking and smelling very clean and it was very quiet. The reception ladies were very receptive to me. I told her my problem and they got me in within a couple of days. when I got to my appt , sat in the chair, the hygienist asked some questions and said Dr would be right in. He had ordered X-rays first. Gripping the chair tight, I was afraid that when i suggested to pull my upper teeth, he would say no they do t do that, we save them and do root canal'. I have had them and for me it was the worse thing.However, he did not suggest that, he gave me option. I very much appreciated that, it ment to me that, he wanted what I felt was good for me. I chose a bridge and upper dentures. I felt comfortable and given choices I could live with. My next appt. was extractions. Dr Harris explained every thing he was doing and apologized for the pain I had been in. By the time he was done with the first tooth I felt confident I had chosen the right path with the right Dental office. Dr Harris and his staff made me feel secure and comfortable, with fears gone I could finally get my dental needs done. I think the world and all of the staff, each and everyone of them are the greatest ever. Thank you so very much for taking care of this scaredy cat old lady, it's like a huge hug of support every time I go in.

This year I wound up in Eastern Oregon and had to find a local office that took my insurance. We happened to be at Wal-Mart on our monthly run to the "city" of La Grande and figured it wouldn't hurt to ask if they happened to take the insurance in order to just kill two birds with one stone. Unfortunately they do not, but were nice enough to tell us that Apple Eyecare just down the road did. So off we went. No appointment, head's up phone call, we just walked in. The office is well decorated and the front staff were very nice, they assured us that walk-ins for glasses were just fine and that we'd be helped momentarily. I spied an in office espresso stand, the first I've ever seen in a doctor's office. Just in case you need an that emergency coffee or get bored and want to play Barista. There was a decent selection of frames to choose from, a little light in the specific type I prefer though (ones without little feet that leave funny marks). I must have tried on about 30 pairs and the young lady was very patient and suggested styles I wouldn't have normally even looked twice at, but there was no harm in trying. It finally came down to a choice between a pair with feet and one without. My preference was leaning towards the one without, partially because it was what I am used to and partially because they were a little "loud" and fit my style. My boyfriend pushed for the second pair, a rather pretty bronze pair that looked surprisingly good on me. I finally settled for the bronze even though it had the bothersome feet, it made my boyfriend happy and I will get to see if I can stand this style or not. We sat down and hammered out the details, of which there were few. My only real "must have" is the anti-glare coating that the insurance does not cover but makes a huge difference for night driving. I was told it would take 5-7 business days to prepare my glasses, but it wound up taking only 4. The total cost was exactly what I paid last year, since everything but the lens coating and a flat fee for service was covered. Not a bad experience overall, just wish there had been a few more racks of more modern or trendy frames.

Molly, does everything from relines broken denture repairs Or in my case I had my teeth removed and Molly was there the whole time to walk me through the process. I had temporaries at the beginning until my gums healed and then we switched to permanent dentures. Her prices for the quality that you get from Molly are by far the best that I have found in this area. She walks you through the whole process and she really helped me get through the months that it took my gums to heal so I could get my permanent dentures. She supplies the temporary dentures that you wear for about 6 months until your gums are healed. Then she crafts your permanent dentures which I have to say I've gotten so many compliments. She is a master of her craft! I would give Molly 10 stars but they only allow me to do five, she is very knowledgeable in her field. I would put her up against anyone in the state of Oregon. As for her qualifications, she is just awesome. You will not be disappointed, so if you need any denture work from the beginning when you get your teeth removed all the way until you're ready for your permanent dentures, Thanks so much Molly!
