It is completely outdoors and runs out of a small kiosk. You can stay as long as you like and the park setting is perfect for relaxing a bit during a day of traveling around Lisbon. For English speakers, the staff were very friendly and helpful when determining which items were vegetarian and other questions we had. The view is so good, I'd recommend seeking this place out if you're in the neighborhood.
