Stopped in from Pembroke Pines to get some shells for family that live in Utah. This shop is so cute. I highly recommend supporting this shell shop. Go get your shells ya'll! They were supposed to open at 10AM and we waited until almost 10:30 AM and they never opened.

I check tourist shops for shells for my hermit crabs. Their shells are a little expensive although they do have some cheaper shells competitors don't have. The owner was a little argumentative with my wife but he gave her a nice little hermit crab decoration at the end. They had some interesting shells and coral pieces. read more

This place has been around for a loooonnnggg time. I recently stopped in to purchase a few starfish to decorate my Christmas wreath with a little Florida flair. The young man that was working that day was very helpful. He and his brother took over from his mom once she retired. They have a wide variety of shells and other typical Florida gifts. read more

Lovely store with very reasonably priced souvenirs. The young man, at the register was very helpful and a delight to talk to. He also does a great job packing the fragile items! Today we had a terrific experience with Shell City. Because of the virus, we didn't want to go to the physical store but my mom and I had been looking for two magnets that we saw of their Instagram. The man on the phone allowed us to pay over the phone, and though we only got two magnets which came to a grand total of just $9, he delivered it to our door. He was kind and helpful. I was so happy I found this store. I only wish I had more money so I could have purchased more of the beautiful shells and coral. I am from out of town and the owners son was nice enough to pack my shells in a box so I could take them on the plane. He was even kind enough to carry the box to my car. What a great place. Amazing customer service. I went in to buy a few souvenirs for my kids and found and amazing collection of shells at very reasonable prices. The guy at the counter was absolutely great. Gave me a ton of suggestions for things to see and do, including a local snorkeling spot He even pulled up YouTube videos to show me the snorkeling spot. I paid less than $10 for gifts for 3 kids and got treated like a price. Absolutely super spot to shop! read more
