We stopped in to shop for souvenirs and were really disappointed by our experience. There were about five staff members working, and every interaction we had felt unfriendly and dismissive. No one welcomed us into the store, and it honestly felt like we were a bother just by being there. The staff came across as rude and annoyed, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. The staff were standing around and we had to ask for assistance. They appeared bothered when we asked for help. Customer service really needs improvement here. A little friendliness and basic courtesy would go a long way.Do not go here, bring your business elsewhere. read more

We stopped in there an hour before it closed. None of the workers wanted to help. One was on his phone the entire time and never looked up. I found a sweatshirt I liked but it didn't have a print on it like the others in the group. I asked if it was the same price as the printed one and she said yes but they were not printing tonight. Which I understood since it was an hour before they closed (I guess). We wanted to try on some items and the employee heard me wanting to try them on but they were locked. She walked away. So I had to have my daughter CRAWL underneath to unlock a fitting room. At check out you would have thought we were bothering them to do their job! There were 4 people working and doing nothing but standing around. It's convenient because it's by the hotel but I drove further away the next day to shop. There is a smaller shop in the same plaza and they are always so nice. I would suggest that place over this large location. read more

Horribly rude & poor quality. My son spent $55 of his own money on a boogie board. He bought the upgraded one that had a weight capacity of 220 - 250lbs (he is nowhere near that big). He used it at the beach for maybe 30 minutes when he got out of the water to show me it had cracked vertically, all the way down one side. We returned to the store the next day with receipt, board, and packaging. We were acknowledged at the counter by a rude young lady who explained their policy of no returns or exchanges. She offered to sell us another one at a discount. I asked if there was anyone else we could speak to on the matter. Another unfriendly woman came out and told us the policy. I explained that I felt bad for my son, that we were not trying to take advantage of their policy, simply to exchange for a product we paid for that had failed. She offered to call the store owner. She left the counter and apparently made a phone call. She came back to tell me that the owner said if we had returned it the same day we bought it he would consider doing something but since he had no idea how much it had been used there was nothing he could do. To start this off nicely this place has amazing tourist/beach wear. Inexpensive & a great selection, gifts for friends back home under $10. I have been to two different wings one on Hutchinson Island and one by the Marriott's Ocean pointe in Stuart Florida. The workers seem to be pretty nice but the management at both places were so rude to me. I live in Florida and California I have been there four times because I love the Shark attack gear my 12-year-old son wants to be a lifeguard and he is obsessed with it. However I'm hoping they will change their attitudes there is no reason to live in a place like Florida into work at a beautiful location and have that kind of nasty attitude. I am hoping that this will reach the staff and they will understand that they have a great clientele and they should be nicer. read more

So I bought two T-shirts from there, the first t-shirt, first day I wore it, luckily while we were still in Florida, started peeling and falling apart. I took it back to the store, they were rude told me it had been eight days since I bought it I told her once again it started peeling the first day I wore it without even washing it. She let me get another shirt, fine whatever. I bought a coffee mug while I was in there. See pictures below. The store is a piece of crap they sell crap. Removed the tag from my sweatshirt I bought Sunday that was attached with a safety pin. Went back today and was going to buy some bathing suits, dresses, oakley's, and one of those rug jackets for my guy but my ankle was hurting and I was hungry so thought I'd pop over to 711. Little did I realize there was another tag in the collar. The sales man grabbed it and pulled me back and accused me of stealing this cheap sweatshirt. I took the receipt out of my wallet this morning but still had the gift card register and was going to call and show him I paid. He said no. We can hold it and you can bring it back. I'm like you expect me to walk back to my hotel in my bra. Oh hello no. Thankfully the wonderful staff member they have remembered me and vouched that yes I bought two sweat shirts. Never in my life have I been so offended. Here's a copy of the tag i removed this morning after my shower so you can see my shock. And, on top of it i would have thought they would have had security things they would have removed so these things wouldn't happen I did go back with my receipt to prove they were in the wrong. My reputation is everything and I've never stolen in my life. What is wrong with people. They lost a really big sale today. read more

I purchased a snorkel set here. Less than 1 hr after the purchase the flipper broke and would no longer stay on my foot. I immediately brought it back the store where the manager said my only option is to exchange it for something else. The only other snorkel sets they had were not available in my size and I was forced to take the exact same set that cost me $60 and broke within 1 hr. As I was showing the manager where the flipper broke on the non broken flipper that one ALSO broke IN MY HAND right in front of her and she still refused a refund. Said I could buy a T-shirt or towel or something else. I don't need those items I NEEDED FLIPPERS! I would be more understanding of their "no refund policy" if it had been 24 hrs since I made my purchase, however it was literally 1 hr later I returned, receipt in hand and was still refused a refund. I am a local and use to come to this store often, however after this terrible customer service experience they will never get another dime of my money! read more

Great store with a huge collection of cool Ocean related T's, sweatshirts and tropical clothing. While the staff on the floor were fairly helpful, the front check out staff were slightly rude and really didn't care to answer questions related to sizes, orders etc. I left with two items but also with a feeling I would not go back...Merch is important but staff is always number one in a resort type store... read more

Great shop on the beach! My husband and I love beach shops because we hate packing haha (especially with airlines charging so much for them). Just about every beach town/area has a beach shop with just about everything you need except hygiene stuff which you can get from publix/target etc. This place is HUGE!!!!! And has everything your family and you would need from clothes, swimwear, beach equipment, towels, sunscreen, tourist gifts. A one stop shop. Everything is of decent quality where it will at least last you the length of your trip. And cheap! If you get to the sale rack you get 50% off the sale price (ex: I bought a dress for $15 and got 50$ off that - $8 bucks?! WHAT?!!!!). The fittings rooms are family oriented so you can share and not have to do the embarrassing "come out and let me see you". It can especially get awkward for ladies when men are taking that quick glance from the corner of there eye. The employees also are very friendly and nice! This place is a scam and corporate or attorney general should investigate. Check your receipt before you leave the store. We shopped here 3x and they overcharged 3x. If the shirts say 2 for X amount or 3 for- X amount--DOUBLE check your receipts. We were charged the regular price for the t-shirts 2 days in a row. Items are often marked lower than what you are actually charged. Item may say $26.99 but you are charged $29.99. Never coming back. If you have a car, just head to a reputable store. read more

VERY helpful. The only recommendation I would make is a longer time for refunds/exchange than 7 days. I was mailing shirts to my son in Atlanta, hoping I had the right size. A very clean and organized store with everything you need. I went there with my church group two separate days (we had over 200 kids....) and despite the rowdy kids, they were so sweet and helpful! There was this one lady especially...I wish I could remember her name... she was a very pretty Indian woman and it's been a long time since I had such great customer service! Sorry to say we will never shop here. We stopped on way back to resort to pick up a few souvenirs, tee shirts, beach jewelry etc. My daughter (adult) was helping me lookfor an ankle bracelet. All of a sudden one of the clerks comes over and asks her to open her purse so she can search it. Apparently she had found a tag that had slipped off one of the pieces of jewelry and accused my daughter of stealing it. My whole family was there shopping and it really offended us all that this happened. Other people were in the store at the time and we were looked at as if we were criminals. My daughter went over to the area in question and picked up the piece of jewelry that the tag had slipped off from. She still did not believe her. First we were going to oblige her request to look in the purse. But no. She showed her the bracelet that had no tag. Believe me, we do not need to steal a 3 dollar piece of jewelry or anything else for that matter. We now are on a quest to let EVERYONE know how Low Class Wings is and that they should take their business elsewhere. read more
