Honestly I was scared as I don't like being in tight confines but the sign said "loose 300 pounds in 30 minutes". My skin felt so nice afterwards really smooth. I moved onto the red light which is designed for cellulite and scars I believe. That was relaxing and I could have laid there longer. I was supposed to go to the massage chair next but someone else was on it so I decided to try out the hydro massage bed. You can target where you want to with this and it lasts for 20 minutes. Paige helped us out here and she was great. I will definatley return!
