I bought a vape that did not work, so I went back to see if I could get a different one, being that I had bought the vape literally 3 or 4 hours before returning. The cashier was extremely rude and practically accused me of lying. He then took the vape out of my hands and sucked on it and blew the tiniest vapor out, and claimed it was just fine. In my experience, new Elf Bars have flavor and a dense amount of vapor. The fact that the employee just started chonging on the vape that I brought back, with no regards to his own personal health, and then claiming that it's fine, that was the last straw. I told him that vapes arent meant to have no flavor and very little vapor when they are new. The employee ripped the cash register open and just gave me the cash that the vape cost. He refused to allow me to exchange for another vape, and was extremely rude to me as I explained my situation. I have NEVER had this bad level of customer service. I felt like I was being questioned for something that he clearly knew was off. Avoid this place at all costs, this experience was truly a disgusting one. The fact the employee just kept the vape and wouldn't stop sucking on it (while barely any vapor came out) and basically seemed to be profiling me and my friend as we walked in the door. I don't know why he'd give me my money back if the vape was legit. He knew and was being very petty and discriminatory towards us. I don't mean to play a victim card, but this was just a bad overall experience. PS: The employee was seemingly very sneaky with another customer and brought out some stuff that may or may not be a legal item to sell in a store like that. I moved a few months ago to Delaware and found it difficult to locate Elfbars. I searched a LOT of…read morevape shops from Dover to Rehoboth and it was like looking for the elusive needle in the haystack. One day, I found Efactor Vape Shop. I strolled into this very clean, organized shop. I was greeted by a friendly associate while a familiar song was playing on the speakers. From the door of the establishment, I reciprocated the greeting and ask, "Do you have Elfbars?" And to my shock and amazement, they did. They have a wide variety of flavors! Their prices are just what I expected for the product. I HAD FOUND MY VAPE SHOP! After a few months of coming into the shop, always being greeted warmly and with familiarity, I decided that Elfbars were getting to be an expensive habit. Do I love the flavors? YES. But with the price of eggs right now, I have to make some sacrifices. I come into the store like normal but walk to the counter to view their assortment of mods. (They have a good selection) Dustin, a newer associate, asks me what I'm looking for and I tell him my predicament with the cost of Elfbars and that I'm thinking of going back to mods. He pulls out a GeekVape that he saw me looking at. Intuitively, he knew. Ajjay, one of the first associates I met here and instantly recognized as a like-minded soul, was also working. Ajjay knows my tastes. He is able to recommend the perfect flavor, salt based juice for the mod. Dustin set up my mod. We all talked while waiting for the coils to get primed and I could test it out. I can't explain how comfortable this store makes me feel. I never feel rushed. I feel like they really want me to be happy with my purchases. Their engagement with me makes me feel important. I like that a lot! Needless to say, I am extremely happy with the mod and juice flavor I purchased. I will continue to frequent this location. I have found my vape shop! A special shout out to Ajjay for taking the time to always make me feel welcome and appreciated and to Dustin for making my transition to mods a pleasant one. Thanks guys!
