They are always polite and helpful! They carry some really great, hard to find brands too! Some cigars are pricey so keeping them at the proper temp and humidity is critical for preserving flavor. Without a doubt one of the best selections of cigars I've seen in a beach town, let alone a brick and mortar closer to home. For instance I've been hunting for a box of Liga Privada 10th anniversary since it was released, and surreal enough there was a full sealed box! The picture is proof! Along with an assortment of odds and ends, like Opus X and Don Carlos Personal Reserve (at SRP)! Not pictured, is a ten count box of Padron 1926 no.6 Sungrown/natural. They've got my business for the future no doubt! I dropped it a star, most of the single cigars I bought had been aging, and not well; only three of twelve were memorable and quite good. Those three, two Unico serie 2021 Year of the Rat, and a Rocky Patel SIXTY toro. The nine that were just disappointing were two Opus X Perfexion #77, two Don Carlos Personal Reserve, three LFD La Nox Petit', a Pasa Doble robusto, and a Laranja Escuro robusto... Flat and bland should not be the case, especially for such vitola'. read more

Stopped in Cigar World to check it out while in town for the weekend and was very impressed. They have nice walk-in humidor with a good selection of cigars. My family arrived on a beautiful afternoon, upon entering the store we were met with a smug lady long dark hair, probably in her 50's, that I believe was counting the minutes until closing. She stated she has been working there 1 day a week for a very long time, but couldn't appreciate the cost of an empty box of opus X's versus a full box of Ashton VSG or a full box of Padron 50th. I have been smoking cigars for greater than a decade and have spent thousands of dollars in that store, but now I wouldn't spend a dime even if they were selling the padron hammers for one dollar. It's a shame really, even a smile goes a long way no matter how bad your day has been! Guess it's just like some people swear by a doctor and say they're the best and on the other hand A different person might say the complete opposite and wouldn't take their dog there.! read more
