Another time, I was in the examine room and the nurse asked if I minded a male student nurse attending my doctor exam. I said that would be uncomfortable. She the. I called multiple times and was asked each time to provide evidence from my "bank statement" even though i paid with an FSA card. They never did anything with the information. Each time i contact them, even in writing, they act as if it is the first time they've heard of me. This was months ago and they cannot seem to figure out that they charged my card twice on the same day. I don't know if it is dishonestly or gross incompetence (probably the latter) Go anywhere else.
