It is nice to have a local options but this practice is challenging. I had an appointment and the office tried to reach me with questions. They didn't leave any messages, I didn't get back to them, and so they cancelled my appointment. Another time, I was in the examine room and the nurse asked if I minded a male student nurse attending my doctor exam. I said that would be uncomfortable. She the. The office double-charged me for copay and refuse to fix it. The receptionist scanned my card, said it didn't work, then scanned it a second time. In reality i was charged twice. I called multiple times and was asked each time to provide evidence from my "bank statement" even though i paid with an FSA card. They never did anything with the information. Each time i contact them, even in writing, they act as if it is the first time they've heard of me. This was months ago and they cannot seem to figure out that they charged my card twice on the same day. I don't know if it is dishonestly or gross incompetence (probably the latter) Go anywhere else. read more

I have been a patient of Dr Chartier's for many years. I have decided to stop seeing her because she is cold, and seems very impatient if you ask any questions . The person with whom I just spoke to confirm an appointment for my son, was unnecessarily rude. As I was speaking and trying to explain the reason I said my son's name the way I did, she cut me off. That is not professional at all. I understand protocol is protocol, but rudeness should never be part of protocol. read more

Everyone here is so friendly and courteous. They take the time to listen to you and are there to support your decisions. The doctors work with you to formulate plans of actions and really explain all that's going on with your skin. I feel very comfortable with all of the doctors and technicians there. My family of 5, plus my parents and my in laws all are patients of NEDA. read more

I went in for thinning hair and hair loss. The woman looked at one small section in the back of my head. Never looked at my whole head. Barely said two word, etc. Suggested a vitamin, etc. Went to my own PCP, had a skin issue, now on medication etc and improving. Time to move to try Optima. read more

I came in to have 13 keratosis removed. This was an out of pocket procedure, insurance will not cover it. I payed close to 300 dollars. The doctor said to come in after 2 months if they were not completely gone, they would remove them completely at no charge. I called for an appointment 3 months later and they refused to complete the procedure, stating I needed to call before 2 months , not after 2 months. First of all, if that's the case it should have been made clear. Secondly I believe this should have been done completely the first visit, I feel the doctor was incompetent. First trip there was OK. 15 min wait after the time they scheduled me. Doctor was fast but seemed knowledgable. Second trip was a surgery. Went well. Different doctor. Third trip, Check up on surgery. 2 (that's two) hour wait after the time they scheduled me. No one seemed very interested in my wait. Fourth trip. Annual check up. 2.5 ( two & a half) hours wait after the time they scheduled me. Complained to doctor...he shrugged. Said "there's people with cancer coming here". I had cancer...he did't look at my chart I guess. Real assembly line shop. Waiting room was typically standing room only. Not going back. read more

While I cannot review medical services, I can rate their front office, appointment management (recently outsourced to call center that provides terrible service levels) I arrived at my appointment after following all referral procedures only to be told at check in, at the Exeter office, 15 minutes prior to my appointment, they did not accept my insurance. After having to rearrange my work day and 1 hour of driving...I was LIVID! read more
