Did I mention it's a maze?! The bookshelves don't follow any pattern, they are just randomly strewn about and some books are divided between different areas. Some sections got MASSIVELY downgraded! The technology and science books are a TINY little area that is literally about 10 feet wide. Meanwhile the Anime/manga section is absolutely HUGE and takes up several walls. Ridiculous. The workers are all great and it seems like they aren't too happy with the remodel either, as they are constantly asked where everything is now. I have no reason to come here anymore, I'll drive a little further to the Towne Center location.

The employees are pleasant, even in the early morning hours. Prices will always be inflated at airports, but if you want those snacks before you depart, that is the opportunity to buy before you take off. Today I reached Carla on the phone, she was exceptional in listening and coming up with a solución. She was thorough and patient as she listened to my issues. Her solution: credit my account for the past missed issues and delivery of today's paper. That's what I had hoped to gain without pleading or lamenting endlessly of poor customer service. Nope. They solicit business to business saying that they provide you with both print exposure and online advertising. My IT guy look into the LBBJ's websites structure and according to him they do not have meta-tags, hyper links to individual clients pages and the site is poorly constructed. This is a publication that boasts about being an affordable means of advertising small and mid size companies to increase sales and exposure but can't even offer data on hits or traffic to their clients website. It is clear that advertising in the LBBJ is a waste of money and with the economy being the way it is to invest in advertising that does nothing is bad business.
