As other reviewer noted, they never give a day nor notify you they are coming the next day or on the way that day. They send a "Thank You!" card and receipt for $356 in mail which I received on Wednesday July 9, noting that they were there on Wednesday July 2, 2025. That was the first time that I had heard from them since 6/9/2025, as I did not see them at my house on July 2. The afternoon of Wednesday July 9, 2025 there was an afternoon downpour and I saw one the gutter over one of the downspouts overflowing like a toilet over the top on the second story, no water coming out of the bottom of the downspout at all. These are straight-line gutters leading to a downspout at the end; no complicated connections. I called Bren-Mark that afternoon and again the next day Thursday July 10 to explain the situation. They emailed pictures of a guy's legs / feet near some of the gutter areas. I emailed back to note which area of the end of the gutter/downspout I was talking about They never said whether they even checked the downspouts in the first place, never mind put a blower or small drain snake down them. I said that I needed them back right away as there was more rainstorms in the forecast soon. Never heard back / never saw them. On Monday July 14 I called another contractor in Highland gutters where the owner is the person who actually shows up to do the work, and a much lower price than Bren-Mark. They came gave me a set date and set 2 hour time window, which was early afternoon today Wednesday July 16 on the early side. They completely cleaned out that downspout, (which was BLOCKED SOLID with leaves and maple tree helicopter seeds) and the others, and checked / blew out the rest of the gutters. So I emailed Bren-Mark to not bother coming back. Sure enough, an afternoon downpour came this afternoon and had no problems; nothing over the gutters, downspouts flowing freely. Also found out that one of my recently installed bathroom fan roof vents was stomped on - probably from Big Foot, right? He was responsive to my concerns re my previous gutters (mismatched colors, undersized downspouts, clogging, leaking, and continual upkeep). The owner saw that I needed a solution to an area where there was only one downspout for two levels of my roof, and added another downspout (one for upper; one for lower) and routed one downspout in another direction, per my request not to flood out my lower lying neighbor as previous). He was responsive to helping me attach loose pieces of vinyl on my siding and he had his crew even caulking and painting some trim for no extra charge to make sure my house is waterproof. When they came out to install everything, there were 8 men in the crew and the owner, and they were in and out, in 3 hours, with zero mess left behind. They even took a magnetic roller over my yard to make sure no loose nails were left. His crew made sure everything I wanted had been completed before leaving. They even did extras that I had never seen before like adding aluminium guards in particular areas like around the chimney to make sure the water is directed off the house. All in all, I'm very impressed! They definitely go above and beyond and there was no bill, until every last thing was done, and the owner returned and reinspected the job. When I gave the owner the payment, he went over each part of the gutter system to explain how it works and put in writing a workmanship guarantee of one year, and 20 years for parts. He told me to call if I wanted anything changed, since I had made a change to his original plan in one area. He was very flexible about telling me, if I wanted it to his original specs, just call and they'd change it. I'm excited about how beautiful my new functional gutters look on my home!! On the positive side, he informed me that my roof had sustained hail damage and that I should contact my insurance company. With that knowledge, I contacted my insurance agent and reported the damages. In the end, I received an insurance claim to cover the damages. The problem I have with Sanchez Roofing is that they would not give me an estimate of the repairs until they saw the insurance claim coverage. While I certainly am not looking to profit off of the insurance claim, I do not want to pay more than I should. I reluctantly provided the full insurance claim report and wouldn't you know it; their estimate was exactly the same as the insurance claim. Here's the caveat. Since my actual loss was last year (but unbeknownst to me), my insurance company withheld what they call depreciation. This was a significant amount totally approximately 15% of the overall claim. So the check I received was 15% less than the damages. Sanchez Roofing estimate was for the full amount of the insurance claim before the depreciation. Bottom line, my new roof would have cost me $2,500 more than the insurance company was providing. But wait, there's more! Like any shrewd homeowner, I contacted multiple companies when contemplating a major home renovation. Two companies were spot on with the insurance claim amount (after the depreciation amount had been deducted). The interesting thing is that one of them was aware our roof was an insurance claim and the other was under the assumption this was an out of pocket expense. Regardless, both (highly rated) companies were cheaper than Sanchez Roofing. One of them - $2500 and the other more than $3500. I understand each company has different overhead costs and thus estimates can vary significantly. If their quote had been provided before the insurance claim report and was higher I would NOT have had a problem with them being significantly higher and might have even chosen them based upon their reviews. However, their reluctance to provide a timely (before insurance) and competitive bid places them at the bottom.

M&M sent a salesman, Gregory, who determined that the roof required replacement due to inadequate ventilation. He then provided a quote for a new roof and departed. I subsequently sought the advice of two other roofing companies, and they determined that the roof was in good condition, with the shingles exhibiting normal wear for their age. An inside sales manager from M&M contacted me to inquire about the status of the new roof purchase, and I informed him that I was leaning towards a repair. He offered to send Gregory to my location again the following day, but unfortunately, Gregory did not appear. No phone call or attempt to reschedule was made.
