Then the next week after I had it repaired they were trimming bushes and shrubs and I saw them break the same fixture I just had repaired. I actually saw it and as they were leaving I was trying to get their attention but it was 6 pm and they were rushing to leave. I had to call lighting company to come back out and repair the same light again. I called numerous times left messages for 2 months. No response. Nothing. I sent photos they requested when they broke the first 2 lights and finally sent them copies of my bill which was 340.00 for the repairs, asking for at least a courtesy call. No response. Many are not happy here with their service as the weeds along the curb are seriously out of control on the whole property and it goes into the lawn about 12 - 18 inches of weeds, amongst many other issues. I don't believe they sprayed for weed control as the mulch went right over all the weeds in the beds. This is their first season working for us and many residents are extremely disappointed. I shudder to think of them with snow removal this winter..... so there you have it. I have lived here for 20 years and was also on the board for 13 years and dealt with the sub contractors for all of those years, This contractor was the worst.

I must have sent pictures to 4 different companies who asked for them only to never pick up the phone or just "no-show" for appointments to my dismay but this was not true in the case of Esparza. I was quite pleased with their attention and courtesy and some of these other 4 1/2 and 5 star folks are questionable. I would recommend them solely on their professional demeanor and customer service.

He is very knowledgeable, very understanding and just an all around nice guy. I ended up getting 3 quotes from other landscapers. I must admit he wasn't the highest bid, nor was he the lowest. But he was VERY close to the lowest (within a few hundred on a $9k job). Even though he wasn't the lowest, we decided to go with him because we felt the most comfortable with him doing the work, understanding our wants and needs, and being able to put those wants and needs into our yard without second guessing our decision. So for peace of mind, knowing that it will be done how we want it and be don't right, it is worth just the few dollar difference from the lowest quote. Oh, for those who might not like he didn't get back to a few of the reviewers, he did get in touch with me right away. Communicated quickly via email (which I preferred). And was flexible with the time on coming to view what needed to be done. I will update my post when the job is done!!!

Lawn looks worse every year, employees are rude, property damaged by careless employees, and expensive tree treatments do not work. Customers are not respected; the act like they are doing you a favor. Prices increase annually, and quality of service goes down. Price of evergreens are over double other local prices and planting is double what others charge. Disappointing. Once a wonderful, customer centered company. Too bad. The only good department with excellent customer service is the pest control.

I am pretty sure 6' plants that have been growing for years are not supposed to die with weeks of planting. I approached the owner Paul and was See you in court. We have means so we will be taking him to court. Maybe google what he tells you before going through with it. I wish I would have. I was told the area used to plant my trees should have required half of what I currently have. The subject matter expert wasn't much of an expert.
