Also living with a well, Pete and Max provide extra water if needed. This is the second time we've had Superior Deck and Power Wash and we plan to be consistent repeat customers. Pete and Max came right out that day and it was made clear to me that eggs take precedence. Pete said that it would not take long for eggs to damage a roof and siding. Max and Pete worked through a downpour to hand scrub the areas of my roof to get the egg off. I can't say enough about the quality of their service and professionalism. Small win in court! I took JAG Plumbing to small claims after they abandoned equipment in my sewer…read moreline and refused to take responsibility. The judge ruled in my favor and awarded me damages. It feels good to have some accountability -- persistence pays off! This is what happened. They did not know how to control their snake as they were helping to fix a blockage. Their snake got caught and they were unable to remove it. They did not provide any options to remedy the situation. While their business card says they have insurance, they refused to give me their insuarnce information to help remove and repair the damage. I had my lawyer send a demand letter and JAG did not respond. The Ohio Attorney General got involved and JAG refused to respond to them. My last resort is taking them to small claims court. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them they hide rather than try to help you.

I know they were clearing trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. Phil's was a referral of a FB friend and I called them. Tom came out and was so friendly!! He told me I could keep my drains/pipes from clogging by using plain bleach. Then he gave me an estimate on the spot, then looked again, ran out to his truck and fixed my piping right there. Took about 15 minutes. It was $92.00!! I was so relieved AND grateful, as well as happy with their awesome customer service. I'm glad when a company is honest, fixed what's actually broken and gives you tips on how to maintain it. Thankfully I had front and back of house surveillance cameras, as at end of project, One Source tried to invoice me for 87 labor hours. When reviewing cameras, the actual work was 26! I expressed this to Josh, which in return he left me a nasty, threatening voicemail. I also observed on the camera his crew using the ditch behind my house as their personal toilet, and his crew dumping their waste in the construction site next to my house. I paid One Source for the time and materials used that was observed on camera. FOUR YEARS later, Josh filed small claims court and presented no evidence. I had kept all videos, emails, etc...case closed. USE CAUTION HIRING ONE SOURCE!
