After consultation with his "Operation Head" we went to FULL roof replacement, gutters, soffit/fascia and a $18,000 dollar price tag. I inquired if we could just do the immediate repairs of fascia/soffit and gutters. Again after speaking to the "Operation Head" we were told no. We either had to do it all or nothing from this company. So advertisement of them doing REPAIR is false they will say the cant guarantee their work unless they do everything. The crew that came out was unprepared for the rain barrel connection and said they would have to come back. They left debris from cutting the new gutter guards all over and dropped the old guards in my beds and left them there. Got a message a week later that they talked with their management and now they could not do the rain barrel connection part of the job because they consider it "plumbing".
