She knew I needed the dress for a wedding when I brought it in and said she would have it done for me the week before (giving her a month to complete the work). When I went to pick it up on the day she said it would be done she said she hadn't hemmed it yet and had me wait an hour for it. I packed the dress without looking at it and realized when I got to the wedding the straps were cut and being held together with pins. I had to find a local tailor and pay a rush fee to get it fixed in a few hours. When I called her to tell her what happened she said if I came in with pictures she would refund me $20. Giving how much I paid to get them fixed in a rush this felt like such a slap in the face.
