She worked out the kinks in my shoulders/upper back. Then went to work on my feet. Oh man, if you are the slightest bit ticklish I think you are going to have a hard time with the reflexology. There were definitely momemts I wanted to die (but in a good way) b/c it was ticklish. But afterwards I gelt so much relief and rension released in my feet. She really did help me release those knots, unfortunately I didn't get her name. I had the Thai herbal ball massage which was really relaxing. It's herbs and essential oils wrapped into a ball shape and it's warmed and rubbed on your back. Although its not as good as the ones in Thailand.
