The staff at Hatchet are very friendly and helpful. Granted, the store itself is a bit sparse. For instance, if you want a diet drink, you likely won't find one. That said, if you want some crisps or a bar, there's a bit to choose from. They take cards, which is brilliant, and it's a nice place to catch up on local gos or peruse the postings on the door.

Avoid.. 1. They are only interested in fixing small things…read moreand making quick money, not interested in being you're mechanic. I.e. wouldn't accept our car that broke down by tow truck. Roman Skidan said store it elsewhere for 3 weeks. He didnt care..said get another mechanic...We had been using auto doctor for years at that stage ....didn't try to help. Told him I'd have no other choice to move mechanics.....he didn't respond ....note: this is a company that is constantly advertising on the radio for new business 2. They may seem more reasonable price wise but they don't fix the issue properly. At one stage, we paid twice for two issues. After 4 visists had to go elsewhere to resolve ... They aren't very skilled with no attention to quality ..... In the end we got a mechanic that wanted a long term relationship and fixed the issues. It's a blessing we are no longer using them

This garage is probably more than "A-OK". And I was very happy with service until one small, but…read moreinteresting case, which made me to rethink my judgment. When ask mechanic to do 5 min. small thing, he said "we are not doing like that, we do it properly, by doing this and that". Eventually, it was done as I asked, but I was charged for as agreed to be done "professionally". When I asked to reduce the price, I was told that "this and that" was also done. So I had to be happy about it, but I wasn't. Garage itself looks trustworthy and high class. I will definitely bring my car for repairs again and hopefully I won't get any weird cases anymore. One better things about it was that we arranged that my car will be delivered to me after it was repaired. This is a great service. Price is hard to compare, but I'd not say it's too pricey.
