I had to wait over 3 months to get my broken garage door fixed and when i had a concern about mold in my upstairs bathroom I was basically told too bad and had to wait about a month for someone to come look at it. On the flip side, when I was moving out they wasted no time in coming out to put a lock box on my door (funny how they were able to get that done so quickly!). This company is greedy and does not care about their tenants in any fashion. I would avoid renting from this group at all costs.

One of the houses had mold, and during the tour a current tenant actually warned us not to rent from him -- they said they're in the middle of a lawsuit against him. The air filter was covered in over an inch of dust and smelled strongly of curry. The bathtub drained extremely slowly, but I was told, "if it doesn't overflow, it's fine." When one stove burner stopped working, the landlord refused to repair it, saying the other three were enough. Then, upon move-out, despite leaving the place in far better condition than when I arrived, I only received $30 of my deposit back. Completely unprofessional and unfair -- do not rent from this landlord!
