I asked for a further alteration. She said she would do this. I recieved a text saying my garment was ready for collection. When I went to fetch the dress she almost barked at me: ' your dress is not ready' after I had recieved a text from her saying it was. I then heard nothing for weeks and had to chase her for progress. When I finally went to collect the garment Carman claimed she had texted me about the cost of the final repair. I had recieved no such text. I showed her my phone showing I had had no text to this effect and she sort of mumbled. Won't use again the alterations were not terrible but the customer service was peculiar and the price on the high side.

Especially when it comes to his dark coloured trousers. They have an offer of 5 shirts for 6£, but they now give us the price of 1.2£ a shirt no matter whether we give them in multiples of 5 or not. One of the benefits of being a regular. Service is quick and they pack clothes well on hangers and in plastic. Thy recycle both, so we just return them with the next bag of clothes.
