This review is for the clinic in the medical center (not separated here on yelp). But they're all…read morerun by the same terrible doctor. Short: go elsewhere, seriously. Long: I'm a nurse who was recommended this clinic strictly for Dr. Chokshi, whom I did like very much. Unfortunately she left the practice and I can't blame her one tiny bit. The Good: There was a single, nice medical assistant who gave me my allergy shots. That is the single only thing I can say was a good experience. The Bad: Scheduling is atrocious with incorrect info, dates and times. Staff were so unprofessional. So disorganized I was amazed they can even keep the place running. I was given meds without being told what they were until I asked and forgotten about several times until I went to front to ask where my care provider was. They also have no training to be polite or nice. Never smiles, never looking up to see if you need help. Not to blame them directly, but my guess is it's a terrible place to run and they're only a symptom of the real problem: management. The whole facility is dilapidated and dirty. Fast food bathrooms are in better shape than their's. Barely toilet paper, no soap and nothing to dry hands with. Always dirty. I spent a whole day getting allergy shots and my only option to bring my own food was to use their super packed and also dirty fridge. Examples like this go on and on. It is NOT well cared for, and it's all indicative of how a practice is run, which brings me to.... The Ugly: I came in for an appointment and was told I was wrong, that I didn't have one that day. Then after I insisted I did have an appointment, and lots of hushed whispers, they inform me Dr. Chokshi left the practice. I had to practically beg to get seen that day by someone else (extreme allergy issues at home leaving me chronically miserable). After waiting an hour I finally got to see Dr. Vital himself and I'm so glad I did. It made my decision very easy to never step foot in that office again. He hurriedly does an exam while I try to ask questions. Tells me I have an infection (no details about what symptoms he saw, what kind of infection it is, only that I need antibiotic shot, steroid shot and B12 then to come back next week for more allergy shots. Several times he cut me off by shaking my hand and telling me he was going to take care of me, that he was an expert in my issue, that allergy shots would fix me up. I never got to ask my important questions and was treated like trash. With all the experience I've had in the medical field, to me this clinic puts profit over patients and tries to push allergy shots since they're serial and have provide constant revenue. I'm currently at a new allergist at a major hospital and they have so many other options for me to try before allergy shots are even considered..and they actually listen. Please do you or your loved ones a huge favor and look elsewhere. Message me for recommendations, I could not be happier after leaving this scam of a clinic.

The only way I knew was by calling to ask a question and told them I was a patient of Dr. Tison for them to only tell me he stopped working here a week ago (I had seen him with my son 3 weeks prior) and couldn't tell me where he went. After some extensive searching I found that he opened a new practice in Houston. Over a month later, I am still waiting for them to process insurance claims from our first visit after gently asking them twice. In for an allergy challenge and waited over an hour to be seen by Dr. Vital. Unfortunately they've lost a patent at their practice.

I am not sure where to start. I am really troubled that I even have to write this type of review. I…read morenormally give 5-star reviews, but this one had to be given a 1. Before I proceed on with my review, I have to say that the previous owners of this store were top of the line; and some of the most amazing human beings on this planet. Mr. Herman, his wife, and Renee have helped my husband out tremendously throughout the years, and for that, both my husband and I are eternally grateful. Now, let's talk about the new people that work there. In fact, I only want to talk about one employee in particular, her name is Katherine. Katherine is the biggest _______ on the planet. She is one of the most aggressive and judgmental people ever. During one of our stops there, she accused my husband as being "aggressive towards me" by simply looking at his nails. I don't know who this woman think she is, but she is not God. And I am sure God did not give her the authority to judge her customers' (or anyone) the way she judged my husband. She came across as is my husband was an abusive man, which he is not! So, I am not sure why Katherine had the audacity to make such accusations. If anything, she is the aggressive one... and on top of that, she has the worst attitude on the planet. Then, to make matters worse, she looked at me, and basically said I was "too fat." Like, is this woman for real? Katherine is definitely in the wrong line of work. I am surprised she's as mean as she is with all the natural supplements she takes. Her customer service skills are perhaps some of the worst ever! Her attitude totally stinks! Her demeanor is one of a bitter and miserable human being! I have no idea why the new owner keeps her. My husband and I will NEVER step foot in that place after today because of Katherine! We are going to take our business where it is appreciated and wanted. Another reviewer mentioned something about being discriminated against because she is African American, and to be honest with everyone, I think she's just a nasty woman. My husband is white, and I am Hispanic. In conclusion, I am saddened that I had to write such review. Katherine needs to take a look in the mirror and do a self-evaluation. She is full of knowledge and has the potential to help out so many people, however, her lack of customer service, poor attitude, and aggressive personality overshadows all the knowledge she possesses in the field of holistic medicine.
