The Doctors and medical staff are wonderful. The office staff is something less than one star. They do not know insurance rules, they are not polite and they inflate prices when you do have insurance. read more

I was in town visiting and had a terribly infected eye. Dr Anderson worked me in on his off time and gave me immediate relief. His staff called me the following day to check on my improvement. So impressed with him and his care!! If I could give him more then 5 stars, I would! He went above and beyond! read more

This business is not safe. The lobby is packed with people. Waited for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment and left. Very uncomfortable to wait in a crowded lobby with coughing kids. read more

I cannot leave a review on the DRs at this place as I never made it that far. I called the end of July to schedule my kids vision appointments. I let them know I work FT and am trying to get their appts done for school. I was scheduled to see Dr Meredith 08/03/2016 in the PM all 4 kids. SO I called and made a Dentist apt for the same day in the AM. YAY!! Also let both offices know I live 45 minutes away so I need to make sure all is good. The next week center calls and says "we made a mistake and the DR will not even be in on the 3rd we have to reschedule for 08/05/2016 starting at 930am". I was frustrated as that is another day I have to take off work to make an apt work as the dentist was already booked that day. OK whatever so we make the appt. Today at 9am the office calls and says we are trying to run your insurance and the kids are not going to be covered until 08/25/2016 so we cannot see them today. Sorry have a nice day! At this point I am upset I am almost there as I was told to be there at least 15 minutes early to do paperwork. I'm in Searcy already and they are calling like its no big deal. They did not want to schedule 4 appts back to back as I may not show and cut the DR money, but they cut my money and its not a big deal. I called to talk to a manager about the entire scheduling fiasco and how this is costing me money as well. Nope cant get a manager on the phone but 3 other people who claim to be a manager then admit they are not. Last the optometrist manager gets on the phone. I explain what happen in all experiences. Basically none of it is their fault. The scheduling mishaps or that they did not run the insurance for todays apt yesterday like they normally do, NONE of it. SO 2 days missed of work for nothing. AND to find out the kids are eligible and they mistyped a #. I would go somewhere else and not waste my time here if you need accurate service. If you can afford to waste time off work and gas then this is the place for you! read more
