I'm so happy with the service I received from this company for replacing my old garage door. Jason came out for the estimate and I really appreciated his willingness to work with the older garage door opener and parts I already had in place. I felt the estimate was very fair. The next day I got an estimate from another company and they told me that they absolutely couldn't use any of the parts I already had in place - everything needed to be replaced. Their estimate came in $700 higher than Sears. Of course, I immediately called Sears and scheduled the installation through Amy. She was so friendly, on the ball, and delivers great customer service - plus she made an extra upgrade happen for me that I wasn't expecting! Garage door would not open. Called around and only company that could send a tech promptly was sears/ Shasta garage doors. Amy marchione was so nice and understood I needed job done asap. Within 20 minutes a tech I believe his name was Jason was at my house and explained my spring was broke. He also found other problems that led to spring breaking. He not only had all parts with him but upgraded my springs,replaced the rollers with quiet nylon and bearing rollers,remounted front of opener for less stress on it and lubed each moving part. When done he explained what I can do for maintainence to prevent a failure. Outstanding service. Great price and they truly saved the day. Door opens so smooth and quiet. We spoke to Amy and told her our problem with our opener. She set an appointment within two days of speaking to her. Amy was great to work with, especially trying to explain what was happening. She was very courteous and polite. William Schirlls was the technician who came out today. William was incredibly knowledgeable and he knew immediately how to fix the problem. I don't think we have ever had this thorough of an inspection and tune up on our door ever! He worked efficiently, explained every step, and told us pricing right away. He completed the work quickly and our door runs like a well oiled machine again. Very impressive young man. We would highly recommend them to anyone with a door or opener problem. read more

My daughter drove through our garage door and we called Tyler the next day he was at our home giving us a very affordable quote. He made sure it was what we wanted and the installer Jason was a delight! They not only replaced our front garage door but our back one as well for far under what we expected to pay for just one. The installation process was excellent they even painted the trim back to the original color. I also like that they were clean and didn't leave a mess when they left. Jason was awsome. Our garage door broke on Memorial Day. Called Sears and he was out to our place within hour and a half. What a nice guy and very knowledgeable. Didnt feel like he was taking advantage of us like some companies would. He could of made us wait until Tuesday due to the fact it was a Holiday, but came out and helped us and explained everything he did to us. Tyler & Amy are the best! We made an appointment late last week and they were able to come out early today. We had the 20 point inspection service on both garage doors and even had a suggestion to do some early preventative maintenance. Tyler was very professional, was able to tell us how to maintain the doors on our own between service appointments, and gave us a quick call sticker so we are able to call them any time if something comes up. I'm so incredibly happy with my new garage doors. I called looking for insulation and ended up with a great deal and such a quiet garage door and hardware. My garage would get sooo hot even in the winter due to direct sun on the doors. The new doors Tyler the owner suggested are beautiful and work perfect to keep the heat out and cold in as needed in the summer. Wow what a difference new technology makes ! Jason Woot did an amazing job yesterday installing our new garage door. He was very passionate in his skill and it showed in his work. I did find a little bit lower price but when you factor in the fact that Sears makes their garage doors in the United States (not in China) and that Sears offer a lifetime guarantee on their doors it was a no brainer. Update - 7/11/17 Called on a Sunday afternoon, they answered the phone and had a repair tech out by Tuesday! Door is fixed and I'm setting an appointment for a rebuild of the wheels and springs before they go bad. Best service ever! read more
