Follow up with my last post yesterday on the horrible service from sears. My daughter ended up with the fire department and the energy company at her place yesterday after sears left. The Sears delivery guys ripped out a hose before they realized they didnt have the correct part to install the stove, well leaving that hose unhooked lead to a huge gas leak in my daughters house! she needed to evacuate and both fire department and WE energy company were on seen and eventually fixed what sears had done. And all I get from sears is "well m'am, you can go into the store for a refund of you $29.00 part they didnt have with them" What the heck!!!!! Needless to say the fire department has contacted sears as well to inform them of this very dangerous mistake. Never Ever Again will I trust Sears and you shouldn't either read more

We own a $3,500 Kenmore Elite refrigerator - now 3 years old. The ice maker has been REPLACED 4 times since we bought the refrig. Thank God I bought the "MASTER PROTECTION AGREEMENT" when we bought this thing!! As expensive as the refrigerator was, and as expensive as the Master Protection Agreement was....the ice maker itself sucks! How can a merchant sell such crap...and stay in business??? Beats me...but this does END my purchases of more Sears products! Like in FOREVER. This is after I've purchased several thousands of dollars worth of washers, dryers, dishwashers, and refrigerators from them...obviously the products are no longer worth the investment. Each time I contacted them about the Protection Agreement...and the fact this icemaker was a lemon, I get the run-around that their services are covered for 90 days...so when my " Master Protection Agreement" expires...I'll have to buy my own ice makers....or go without. Electronically signed up for a washing machine repair. Called the day of service to find the time to meet the technician. Told 4:00, took off work early to be there. No one. Called again. Told technician would be there in 30 minutes. No one. Called again and told I did not answer the tech call. Totally untrue and then told I would have to wait two more weeks for a service call!
