They called and told me they were 10 minutes away, I appreciated the heads up on when they'd arrive. The two workers were polite and tidy. They let me know what was going on and got it fixed fast. They did a last check and weren't satisfied with what they found. They stayed till it was right. I complimented the workers on ensuring the job was done right. The guy said "we wouldn't leave till we know it's right." That might seem to make sense, but I've had workers "fix" something, only to find it wasn't really fixed. Your company is staying in my contacts! I hope I don't need you for a while, but when I do, I know you'll get it right.

Based on the age and brand of range and microwave, they were not able to find the parts to fix them. They worked with my home warranty to get both replaced. I'm very happy with them. Will call them over Sears any day. They took time to answer your questions and help you find solutions.

Each time they said I needed a new control panel. These were very expensive control panels. So, I paid for the first one, a renewed panel. The repair guy installed it and it still didn't work. He said we needed a NEW panel not a renewed one. So, we paid for that requesting that we get credit for the one we already paid for. The new, more expensive, panel came and he installed it. Still nothing. In the meantime I was being charged for each time he came out, which was four times. Finally, out of frustration. I told them to stop and I would order a new Jenn-Air. They promised they would refund my money spent on the control panels. Of course, that never happened. So, I paid for several visits, several control panels for service that never worked. Finally, as I was about to order a new oven, I came across another appliance repair service company out of Spencer, Iowa. They came out and fixed it in less that 15 minutes and it NEVER needed a control panel in the first place. All it was that the heating element had become detached. I am infuriated Appliance Repair and Recycling. My interaction with them started a few days after Christmas and continued for months, all the while without an oven to use. The technician, and I use that term loosely, was either incompetent or a thief. I suspect a combination of the two. Hire these charlatans at your own risk.. They used to be on Court St and now are on Center Street in Sioux City.
