on my request for service, I stated specifically what needed to be done. oil change and new blades for my tractor. I provided the model number serial number and expected when the service man arrived he would do the work. That didn't happen instead I was charged a diagnostic fee of $139 and told the parts would have to be ordered and it would cost over $700 to do this tuneup. I've never had this experience from you guys in the past so I was shocked. You will not be getting any more business from me. read more

My Service Technician Leonard was AMAZING! Very professional and did a great job. Once I was able to coordinate scheduling with him everything went well. BUT the original scheduling process was HORRIBLE! The AI Services cancelled on my 3 times over the period of 4 weeks - I changed my entire schedule 3 times, took time off work, changed doctor appointments, only to be cancelled again and again. I'm not sure I ever would have been scheduled if I had not been able to speak directly with my technician. Not being able to speak with an individual when going through the scheduling or problems that arose with scheduling was incredibly frustrating. This was a warranty repair and if it had not been the only option I would have changed to someone more reliable. read more

We got a bill, but nobody ever showed up to do the service. We even checked the cameras to verify. No one ever showed. We took off work to air for them and they never showed. Technically they have 45 minutes to show up, but we already received a bill so I'm not optimistic. read more

The Biggest Waste of Time. I was required to reserve 8 hours of my time for their technician, only for them to cancel my appointment two hours into my time. This happened twice. I was required to take off work 16 hours, only for them to cancel two hours into the reservation time. I would not recommend this company at all. read more

Joseph was great. He is human, perhaps one of the few employed there. The rest of this process was complete garbage. Missed appointments, changed appointments by Sears for no valid reasons, awful response times. Then let's get to customer service, it is absolutely horrendous! I can totally see why you hide behind a bunch of AI chat bots. There is no way to get anyone from your pitiful excuse for a service company on the phone. My washer has been broken for 46 days now and it's still not working. The tech was great and as helpful as he could be. On the otherhand sears service is a piece of crap and i wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. They didnt follow through on the warranty and crawfished their way out of replacing the washer claiming rust was the issue which by definition is faulty parts which should be covered in the warranty. Totally useless service warranty. Dont waste your time or money with them. Unless youre a first time customer they can get to buy a warranty they wont fix the problem. Weve had and renewed our warranty for years and years and this is what we get for being loyal to what used to be a trusted company name. We will pass this on through any many reviews as possible so that others wont get taken advantage. Serious breach of trust in the warranty. read more

It was a little frustrating to reschedule the maintenance but the technician was awesome and knowledgeable!

The technician was VERY rude (I believe his name was Victor P.) My husband initially greeted him and got him started on inspecting the refrigerator. Upon the discussion of the warranty I chimed in since I spoke with the LG Customer Service rep. While trying to explain what I was told he started talking over me, telling us that the fridge itself was no longer covered because it was 9 yrs old. I informed him that I was aware of that, but the compressor was still covered. Since we weren't getting anywhere with the conversation I stepped out to allow him continue his inspection. Once he finished he gave us the repair cost. So once again I tried to explain what I was told about the warranty. And once again he started talking over me and then directed his conversation to my husband as if I wasn't saying anything. read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They scheduled my service from 8 am to 5 pm. Stayed home all day waiting. They had automatic updates that kept pushing the time back, but no person ever called. At about 4:00 I got a message that said I had been rescheduled a week out. I tried to call but there is no way to speak to a human. I cancelled and went with another service. The service guy claimed that he couldn't fix the hood vent because he couldn't find the model number so we had to call the manufacturer and get it and then he halfway tried to look at it and then claimed that he didn't have the parts. He leaned against our cabinet trying to find ways not to do his job. read more

Purchased a washer in 2 weeks broke. It took 1 1/2 weeks to get someone out to look at it. A clutch was broke he temp fixed and had to come back after 3rd load was broke again. Now ordered part they don't know when coming in or if they can find part is what service said. Now waiting on part can't replace washer has to be fixed or said not fixable by tech. Now on 4th week, no washer, $20 a week on laundry mat, and still no idea on what is going on. read more
