We specifically ordered black powder coated chain link fence, and they are scratched up, asked the company why they are all scratched, and she stated they are always like that and they would fix them when they finished installing the fence. Which of course never happened, they are still scratched up all over. Kind of frustrating when you pay extra for the coating. As well as we had two gates put in, both are hanging crooked and installed horribly. One of the gates doesn't latch correctly and only swings one direction due to the gate latch being installed incorrectly. I would not recommend this fence company, for the price we paid we expected better quality fencing and work. Then, over time, one end and part of a side settle, allowing it to overflow when it got full and the sump pump failed. (We have a water/air heat pump so the pond is where the water is discharged from the furnace/air conditioner unit. It gets the water from the well.) Victor gave us a reasonable quote to pull back the liner, raise the sides with dirt, replace the liner and hardscape with rock. We already had some flat paver type rock and some boulders with which to work. He brought in some river rock to finish it. He and his crew had it done in less than 2-1/2 days and did a meticulous, professional job. I was surprised to even see them using a level and a motorized tool to tamp down the dirt they brought in. They were all very hardworking and respectful. Victor kept checking with us as the job progressed to make sure he was doing what we wanted. We are very happy with the results and would recommend him and his crew to anyone.
