I check the traffic heading toward JFK from Brighton when I land. If I see it is heavy, I take a cab or uber. When it is light, I call them because they come from Brighton, so 20-30 min while I come out of the plane is enough for them to get here. I called for a car when I landed and was told it would be 30-40 minutes. I was fine with that. Well....I am standing here waiting for 75 minutes now. Ive called to check on the car several times and they tried to bullshit me and blame the traffic, which I've checked several times while waiting and every time it has been fine heading here from Brighton. Just complete liars!! I would be less pissed if they were honest. Do not take them from JFK. The last thing anyone wants to do after flying all day is wait for a cab for over an hour. I can't believe I've fallen for this so many times!!! Calling Seagul next time! Update: I called for a car at 8:14 pm. It finally arrived at 9:40!!!! That is not 30-40 minutes that I was promised! Indeed, there was zero traffic heading toward JFK, but of course heavy traffic heading back to Brooklyn, so it is taking me 2.5 hours to get home after landing. I am not Russian and I have no relationship with them other than as a customer. They are the #1 of all the car services I have used in Bklyn . They run 24 hrs and I have used them for a 4 am pickup to jfk. Most car services dont wake up till 5 or 6. I am using them this morning again.

I gave them a shot and the above word about describes the entire experience. I was told the car would arrive in 5-8 minutes which turned out to be 20. The car was so dirty and crappy I was in disbelief, at least the driver was courteous. As soon as he started driving, he spun out. Now one would think he would drive very carefully with the slick snow covered road but no. We spun out before we got on the highway, on the highway, at least three other times before we got to the airport. Needless to say I was beyond terrified that I wouldn't live to see another day.
