My wife took almost two hours cleaning on our first day of vacation. I reached out to them about it and heard nothing for our entire trip. We went to go to bed the first night and the beds had to have been 40 years old. You could feel every spring and they were LOUD. We ended up buying air mattresses on our vacation to sleep comfortably. Beyond that, the slider to the patio was broken, only I could open it, the kitchen was missing cabinet doors and the couch had rust marks all over it. I reached out multiple times during my trip, got no response, and it wasn't until I said I would be contacting Consumer Affairs of SC that they called me. They took no accountability, said the contract I signed released them of all liability (I never signed a contract for the unit they put me in, but rather the one they sold) and basically told me tough luck.
