The guy sold me one for $$$ and swore on his mothers grave that it would never fail and if it ever did, it would be replaced instantly. Guess what? Not only was it not replaced instantly, it wasn't really replaced at all. Went in to buy a new nail. The only employee was standing outside smoking. When he came in he didn't acknowledge me and was obviously irritated that I had interrupted his smoke break. I didn't know the exact name of the nail and was looked at like an idiot when I asked to see the most common basic nail they had. I've been in this store multiple times to buy this exact same product. Each time it was the same price. This time he rang it up $5 extra. I was going to say something but decided not to since there were three people behind me at this point. Long story short I will never come back to this smoke shop. If you go into a smoke shop not knowing the exact name of a product you shouldn't be looked at like an idiot and up charged because you interrupted someone's smoke break. Had a really awful confrontation with the "owner" of the store. I came out from a separate business to find a red jeep parked right up next to my vehicle to the point I could barley get in. There were other parking spaces available for this person to park, and it's not like I was parked poorly. I drove off and once I hit the highway a man comes out of Smoke n Vape and gets in the red jeep and proceeds to flip me off. I turned around and went into the smoke shop and asked the man why he flipped he off. He was very condesending and told me it was ment for the business across the street. He said he is not "petty" enough to flip me off, so I asked him why he would park blocking me from my vehicle and then proceed to move it once I left. He had no explanation so I asked if he was the owner And he said yes. I told him it's pretty unprofessional how he acts for being the business owner and just a bad way to treat people. After calling ASTORIA smoke and vape come to find out this man is not the owner at all. Asked for this info to be given to the owner because I felt he should definitely know. Poor representation of the business. The girl who took my call from Astoria was super helpful. read more
