I have never in my life experienced such inept communication and poor customer service. Save yourself the heartache and never utilize your lending through this company, or participate in any type of real estate transaction where OMT is involved. We had heard of others in our community using ABC Bookkeeping and Tax Service, and they were all very happy with the service they received. We gathered all of our business and our personal tax papers and made an appointment. We took a chance and gave full control over to ABC and they are fantastic !!! One of the very best business and personal decisions we had ever made. We found out (the hard way), that the tax software we, (and others) purchased and used would get all of the legal and ethical write-offs that we were entitled to, but no, we were surprised to find out that ABC Bookkeeping and Tax Service found out that we were not getting everything back that we legally and ethically deserved. I was very very skeptical at the time, I couldn't believe that they could do better than the computerized tax program we had used, but we were assured that everything, both our business and personal taxes were done correctly and they again told us that they stand firmly behind all of their work. Skeptical as I am, I spent slot of time double checking and found ( to my surprise and amazement) that they had been able to get all of the legitimate tax write-offs that we were legally and ethically entitled to, plus more that had been missed previously. We didn't mind paying our taxes, everyone of us has a duty and obligation to do that, we feel we are helping provide for others until they can provide for themselves, or if they can no longer provide for themselves, we want to help them just as they too had helped others by paying theirs. That said, we don't want to pay more than what the law says we need to pay, and we had found out that we had been doing just that. We decided to retire the business this year, but if we stayed in business, we would continue our relationship with ABC, they have been absolutely amazing these past almost 10 years. Aye let me tell ye' , this one's a doozy…read more My MIL's house burned down in a forest fire on Labor day weekend 2020. After insurance came through and we'd done some design consultations, we signed a contract with Adair in February 2021. The sales folks said that the build team would be able to deliver a house in August 2021. Wet ink on the page, the superintendent laughed in my face and said, "who told you August?? September is the earliest we can possibly do." After that, he declined my calls, ignored my emails and texts, refused to answer my questions, and rebuffed the upper corporate overlords to whom I complained. September came to October, October to November... Thanksgiving came and went and the estimated completion date stopped being updated at all. At Christmas time, with my MIL living in a literal shed in the literal mountain snow, they told me the house was done. Well, I inspected the house and there were many structural and quality deficiencies apparent to me, the layperson. I told them "um no, fix it." December went. January went. Meanwhile they managed to fire the first super and hire another without telling me. And then fire that one and hire a third, again without telling me. Midway through February. I told them "You know what? All the rest of the work is stuff I can do, I don't need you. You're fired." And that's why I'm down at my MIL's house every weekend now fixing s* they didn't do. If you ever need a house built, don't. And if you do, for god's sake don't hire Adair.

The build took 7 months from start to finish which we were really pleased with.
