This company ROCKS! My first contact with Ericka was through getting a quote, I went on line enquiring towncar transportation Puyallup to Cruise Port Pier 91, expecting a wait for a quote...less than 10 minutes! I had done the trip before, driving to port, dropping mother-in-law, wife and bags first, having them wait while I go to port car park and back, which took about 45 to hour to get back, then go check in, 2 people weren't happy. This time, I was contacted by Ericka about a week pior to pick-up just to ensure no changes to pick-up times. Our driver, Reno, arrived here about 5 minutes earlier, as we needed a little extra time as for wheelchair, very professional, Reno got the luggage, ran back to help getting mother-in law and wheechair to towncar. No hassle, everything and us in the towncar, Reno enquired to ensure we had our documents, passports ect. Reno notified company that pick-up was made, 45 min later, were were dropped off at Pier 91 terminal! I received a text message day before return confirming pick-up times. The departure was delayed about an hour and I was in direct contact with Ericka to adjust our times for pick-up. We arranged where we would meet, a few minutes later, a smiling Reno, our driver arrived, loaded us up and we were at home about 45 min later! Reno ensured our luggage was at our door! DO NOT USE!!! Set up a reservation two weeks in advance, called to confirm the day before pick up and they still managed to screw me. My pick up time was 4:00AM for a 6:15 flight it takes 30 minutes to get to the airport which give me 1:45 minutes to get through security. At 4:30 AM I started calling to find out where my ride was at 4:45 Some guy picked up the phone who was obviously sleeping and told me that the owner hired another company to come and pick me up. He told me that this was not the first time this has happened and said that I should call a cab. At 4:55 I'm packing my car and trying to get there on time. I arrived at 5:45 missed my flight and had to park in long term parking. Total cost for parking $262.16 ticket change fee 150 each (300.00) for the both of us. The airline did wave the fee but said that was not normal. Upon my return I called and asked to be reimbursed for my parking fee and was hung up on, I'm now in the process of taking them to small claims court but I'm not holding my breath. Terrible company. They never pick up or care about anyone who uses a groupon. The owner is very disorganized, lazy and rude. They OVERCHARGE EVERYTHING!!! This is by far the worst company I have ever used. I rather ride a bike then to use their service ever again. The only nice thing about their company was the young lady who picked up the phones, she was always very polite and pleasent. She always got all my information correct and I could call her anytime and she was there to pick up the phone and help. Anytime I was upset with the driver or the service she was always able to calm me down and try her best to remedy it. In my view the only person in the company who has a brain. Oh, and I just seemed to find out today that she no longer works there because she has not been the one to be picking up the phone. I usually NEVER do reviews but Wow! That's all I have to say .I usually book online when I Schedule any type of service but today I decided to call and Ericka made it so very easy . I don't think I've had such a easy time at a drive through let alone booking a car service. Ericka made sure i understood what to do when getting off the plane , and she helped me find a place to take my wife for dinner. The driver was just as good very polite and knowledgeable of the area . ( I can't stand it when drivers don't know where they are going) the price was very fair , heck I've paid more for a taxi:( The car a newer Mercedes very nice and clean ( that is so important) I don't come to Seattle much but when I do Seattle vip Transportation is on my speed dial .thanks guys for a great ride. read more

I was a previous customer of the company before new ownership And I enjoyed it then. I am always skeptical When a new owner takes over but I have to say the new owners are GREAT! Very professional VERY helpful and although it's a little more pricier than the old owners rates I don't mind paying a little extra for the kind of service they give me. Right at the door of the baggage terminal for us, fresh water, tissues, the smells of the car were amazing, our driver was great, and the car was beautiful.
