I called them multiple times Then emailed them.. Then continued to call.. for hours.. to this second i have heard no response. This ultimately caused me to miss my flight and leave him very stranded. It put me in a very bad position and I have yet to hear anything from this company. This is very upsetting and a big let down as this was a big concept for the town. I was assured after paying for the booking I would get an email with itinerary and receipt of payment. It took email and 2 phone calls to get the receipt and copy of itinerary. The driver did not seem to know we were stopping to pick the other passengers up and asked us for the address for drop off for the event we were attending. I would not recommend this car service.

Fatuous apologies on the phone at that point and then they said they'd be an hour late. Showed up 1:10 after the scheduled time with a different limo than I had booked, older, obviously rode hard for a long time, missing door pulls, radio knobs, etc. Driver was courteous enough, but the website is full of fine print and hidden charges. (Not worth reading it anyway, just don't give them your money.) We ended up making the whole thing work but it was in spite of them, not because of them. Total amateur cluster*uck that doesn't deserve one star, but there's no way to give them zero. You're better off throwing your money in the street and taking a bus. What a sh**show. Update: When the credit card bill arrived 3 weeks later, total amount that was charged included tip even though I had been told that I needed to pay the tip (in cash) directly to the driver. This is crime on wheels... cannot emphasize it enough.
