Aaron was responsive from day one. He followed up with me by phone in less than 3 hours after I placed my reservation on his website. He confirmed the details of my reservation and readily agreed to text both my brother-in-law and me. On the day of the pickup, he arrived at the airport ten minutes early. My brother-in-law's plane was still taxiing down the runway! When they connected, my brother-in-law raved about how clean and luxurious the town car was. We texted each other throughout his ride; I received nothing but positive comments about the car and Aaron. The ride from SeaTac to Silverdale was smooth despite the typical gnarly I-5 traffic.
