Typically spending a bunch of wasted time watching the instructor noodle and show off his great skills. Ken is a real teacher and cares about working with his students. Lesson time is spent checking progress, giving out new chunks of information, and answering questions. I am thrilled to have found Ken and am finally making real progress on the guitar.

Mrs. Sun has done a great job encouraging our kids in their studies by instituting games to make studying more rewarding and fun. While Mrs. Sun pushes the kids to perform, she's also understanding that beginners can sometimes get discouraged and responds very well to make sure they aren't overburdened. Although the program motivated me to have some structure during the summer, there were several days when class time was not productive. For anyone who is thinking of taking classes here, I highly recommend taking a trial class for one-on-one tutoring and then deciding if it is a good fit.
