The fish did have skin on but that's okay with me as that's what I grew up with, never has skin on in Scotland where i now live! A bit pricey but you get what you pay for, I would definitely recommend Salts to bring your family to and I would come here again on my next visit to Skegness.

The food is excellent and the chips are real, not this frozen rubbish you get else where, the fish is allays delicious and the food is always priced reasonably. Staff are friendly and polite, and the premises are clean and well looked after, only downside is that the outside eating area is next to the busy junction for the central roundabout but apart from that this place is a great place to stop and get something to eat

There were more than enough chips - So much that I couldn't eat them all. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The chip butty that my daughter had was huge for the money we all left full and satisfied. You can sit outside when the weather's nice or sit at one of the 3 tables inside and watch the world go by.
