They sent 2 guys out to look at the mirrors. They told me they looked up my order and yes all the mirrors they installed in my home were from a defective batch. They said they would take care of mirrors but I'd need to pay for the installation which clearly I had previously paid them to install what turns out were defective mirrors. Problem now is nothing has actually been done about it. They told me that they didn't actually own the business 3 years ago when my house was built and that they had purchased the company from her father in law and they would see if he would help me. They said they had tried to reach out to the manufacturer of the mirrors but no one would talk to them or return their call. All I know is Destin Glass was the company my builder contracted and paid 3 years ago and Destin is Glass is still an open and operating business here in Destin for now.

I said that was great and about two hours later he called to let me know they were in the area (great customer service!). I arrived at the house and was greeted by Brian and Jerry. I showed them the cracked pane and they immediately set up measuring the window and coming up with the estimate. Brian and Jerry really worked great as a team and I felt very comfortable in knowing they have been providing professional glass services throughout Northwest Florida since 2001. Was also pleased there was no service charge for the estimate. :-) They were very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They said they could fix it and that it would take about a week to get the window pane ordered and installed. The price was about what I expected and said let's get the new pane ordered. I put 50% down and then the rest to be paid when they install the window pane. They accept cash, check or credit cards and give a 10% military discount. They also do sliding glass door repairs, insulated replacement window glass, mirrors, shower and tub doors and residential glass and table tops. They have built their company mostly through word-of-mouth referrals by going the extra mile to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied.
