Over the last few weeks, I've attempted to purchase two pieces of tempered glass from BJ's. They have been less than responsive and are just about impossible to reach by telephone and/or e-mail. I even made two in-person visits to the business after my initial order in an attempt to move the order along. No success. I didn't think this was a problem order but apparently, it was. They came to our home and measured all our windows for custom made screens. They emailed a quote which I accepted in December 2021. after not hearing from them I called and left messages. i did personally speak to the owner several times and she had one excuse after another. Waiting on clips,,,,waiting on corners.... She said all pieces were cut and ready to install as soon as pieces came in...should be next week. On Feb 19, 2020 BJ met us at our rental property to measure for new sliding glass door and window screens. We gave him the frames to several of the windows to either rescreen or use as a pattern for new frames. He advised they would be ready in 2 weeks. It has been over 2 months now and we have called and left messages, gone to his business on Racetrack Road several times (no one was there and the doors were locked), sent text and emails, asking for a status on the completion of our screens. We have dealt with this company previously with good results, but after 2 months with no screens and unable to simply receive communication with status & a factual delivery date for our screens, we are frustrated and disappointed. In posting this review I find other customers have experienced this trend of broken promises & lack of communication by this company. So, I suggest anyone that considers using BJ's Screens & Windoes LLC to be wary. read more

Horrible customer service. We scheduled for two weeks out, they no-showed on us. We called the same day and were willing to accept them coming ANY time that day (we were supposed to be their first job). They never called us back. Left them multiple voicemails and they never returned them. Next day we called them 30+ times trying to ahold of them and when they finally picked up they said we need to go somewhere else. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THEM. They will waste your time. read more

Don't even call these terrible people. They were quick to come out and give us a screen repair quote, but then they failed at communicating and showing up. We responded to the quote through their online system, we sent an email reply to schedule, sent follow up emails once a week for a month, then tried calling them. No response. We called them once a week and left a voicemail for another month. At this point, I called them 4 times a day every day for 10 days straight before they finally answered the phone. She said she'd call me back to schedule, but she didn't. I waited a few hours and called her back about 5 times before she picked up the phone again. Then she told me we would be the first job of the day in 2 weeks. I took the appointment. Day of the appointment, they don't show. I call a few times until I get a hold of her. She says that I'm on the schedule and she'll call me back after she hears from the crew how long their first project will take. She didn't call me back. 3 hours later I get ahold of her again. She says she couldn't get ahold of the crew and she'll check her voicemails and then call me back. She didn't call me back, big surprise. Next day we call until finally getting someone. Get a guy on the phone who says we weren't on the schedule. We called again and the same lady that made the appointment yelled at us, told us not to call again. read more

I scheduled an appointment with BJ's to get the screens of the house re-done. This was on a Friday. Three of my window's had no screens period, so I asked them to come out and measure and make some for them. I had 4 screens that just needed to be re-screened. No one showed up on the scheduled date, sat around and waited for them, no show. Wasted time. Went up to their shop off of Racetrack road the next Monday to ask what happened to them, The lady said, "oh I guess I forgot to put you on the schedule." Terrible experience. I left a message for BJ's saying I needed about half the screens in my house replaced. No answer. Then I sent an email. Still no answer. Eventually someone did get in touch and instead of sending someone out to measure my windows, I was told to bring in some of the existing screens and they could take the measurements from there. They weren't ready on the day I was told they would be, nor the day after, nor the day after. I finally called in the middle of the following week and she said they were ready, they'd just been so busy that she hadn't gotten around to calling me. read more

I've read the reviews from Jessica and John and I can only agree. BJs did good work for my Mother and she referred the company to me. I've called and left my phone number many times over the past two weeks. They give you a web address and I sent my name and number for pool screen installation. No call back and now I think my number has been blocked because the phone doesn't go to voice messages. Ok it business is so good they don't need new customers, I understand but at least have the courtesy to respond after two weeks. Our society is doomed as a species. read more
