They took the time to explain it to me and booked me for an appointment with less than a :20 minute wait. While I waited I was offered coffee, tea or water. The waiting area was very quiet and many of the patrons read quietly while sipping on a refreshing drink. Once I was taken back to the wax room, I noticed it to be very clean. I loved that they used hard wax and a soothing after wax creme with a great smell. I loved Delete from the time I walked in until the time I left. This is where a girl wants to go for a nice wax job.
