Job wa done in Feb, and now, over the last 2 weeks, the floor is seperating, and sagging to the point that my mom, who just had a major surgery last month, cannot sleep in her bed, as the floor has sunken so far down through the floor joists, that she will fall through if she tries! The estimate said he would inspect and repair any subfloor issues with their apprival, but never bothered! The floor is now popping up, sagging and is dangerous to the point that it is unlivable! What I had to go through with getting a resolution to the silicone caulking around the renovated…read moreshower tub done 02/2024 because what I didn't know is that the caulking was only guaranteed for 1 year. The caulking last 1 year 5 months and they were going to charge me $375.00. I reported them to BBB in which the results that they didn't want to resolve the issue. So I posted pictues of the shower and caulking that failed and finally someone from customer service stated they give me a complimentary repair the caulking of the shower which happened August 8th 2025. And I also found out that the shower is only guaranteed for 5 years not the life of the shower. Not going to post pictures of how the caulking failed but that is still posted on their FB site.
