Great location directly opposite Netanya and fully twenty seconds to the beach…read more Our place was recently renovated and it was perfect for us with the possible exception that GHB didn't have a bed. We were given a mattress and we put it between the two couches with the middle bit on the coffee table - he now has curvature of the spine but that's OK cos we saved about $1500 by denying him his own room. The owners are always on site and they are happy and helpful. Very reasonable rates - for Noosa that is, we could have bought a house in Tassie for the same money, but the kids were happy and we just love Noosa. Highly recommended.

The managers were very accommodating and were able to give us access to our room which was a deluxe two-bedroom apartment featuring a fully equipped kitchen (only the kettle was used for tea and fridge for milk). A piece of coded paper was given to us for each of our wireless devices (android phone, iPhone, iPad etc). There were numerous flights of stairs which weren't a problem for us, however, it would not suit an elderly person or one with a disability. They probably have street level accommodation in this instance but I didn't ask. As we were staying just 3 nights there is no mid-stay housekeeping and you have to be there for more than 7 nights if you want that. I did miss not having my bed made, pillow fluffed and cover folded down. Check out is 10am and as we were spending the final day in Noosa and needed the carpark for my sister who lives locally we asked management who kindly allowed us to keep the park for that day. Our suitcases were placed in secure storage and I was given the key to access, and told to leave the key in their safe deposit box as the office would be closed. The location to the festival was handy and to the many shops along Hastings Street and of course the beach (Main Beach). Saks on Hastings was good clean accommodation and perhaps is starting to look a little tired. The mattresses sank a bit and need replacing. Other than that it was a perfect place to stay and management were really nice.

Walk distance to the beach (excellent for long board). You could rent a board if you didn't already have one. For backpackers, it often comes down to two things. Electricity and internet. I was lucky to wait for only a day for the guy next to the plug to check out, got his bed, and happily lived with my power plug for the next couple of weeks. Also, it was next to the backdoor where connects to the terrace, extra jackpot there. The only inconvenience would be the kitchen, where it's located at the another building, and also a bit small given the number of people stay around here (which was almost always full, by the way). But hey, couldn't beat the view here, up in the little hill here in Noosa Heads. My previous company actually got a branch here, and I was jokingly saying that I was down to just move in here. Well, not after I realized how expensive the actual residence here that would cost me...

I had a few minor issues such as the water coming out of the " kettle" being cold and taking a shower is a challenge. It's difficult to shower in the main bathroom without bumping into the bath tap. The pool is amazing, stunning even although personally I found it a fraction too close to the restaurant. The buffet breakfast is decent but if you're looking to satisfy your sweet tooth with a pancake or 2 be prepared to wait in line while a machine cooks them. Dining in the restaurants is well worth the money you spend...contemporary food, decent prices and delicious. Staff are all friendly and accommodating and the spa treatment is a must.

Private outdoor deck, clean room, modern furnishings, in room spa bath and rooftop spa. Could not fault it at all. Negative - No on site management and cheap electronic key cards = waiting for security for 20 mins so you can get in your room. Positive - The unit was at the back of the resort, so it was quiet and private. Negative - Had a long walk from reception with our luggage, only to encounter a gate that we needed a key for, which we hadn't been given. Positive - Our room overlooked a private pool, separate to the main pool where everyone else seemed to go. Negative - I doubt the private pool had ever been cleaned... I'd probably go back for a weekend. It was a nice room that was relatively reasonably priced. I wouldn't do more than a night or two there, and wouldn't stay if I was planning on taking advantage of the resort facilities.

Free Easter eggs at Easter is always are bargain in my book :) home away from home. The best thing is that this resort is adults only and the penthouse we booked for next year has the most awesome views. Bring on 2016.
