Haven't had the chance to check out the beach or pool yet, but hope to do so before I leave. Down sides? Spa baths and full kitchen and laundry in the deluxe room. Make sure you book in advance. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee wonderful. Cocktails by the pool or in the poolside cafe which opens at 10am. Free Easter eggs at Easter is always are bargain in my book :) home away from home. The best thing is that this resort is adults only and the penthouse we booked for next year has the most awesome views. Bring on 2016.

Private outdoor deck, clean room, modern furnishings, in room spa bath and rooftop spa. Could not fault it at all. Negative - No on site management and cheap electronic key cards = waiting for security for 20 mins so you can get in your room. Positive - The unit was at the back of the resort, so it was quiet and private. Negative - Had a long walk from reception with our luggage, only to encounter a gate that we needed a key for, which we hadn't been given. Positive - Our room overlooked a private pool, separate to the main pool where everyone else seemed to go. Negative - I doubt the private pool had ever been cleaned... I'd probably go back for a weekend. It was a nice room that was relatively reasonably priced. I wouldn't do more than a night or two there, and wouldn't stay if I was planning on taking advantage of the resort facilities.

Large, beautiful pool and day spa. 5 star restaurant and sunset bar with wood-fired pizza oven. Great for families. They have a game room here, went my younger sister. Overall, staying at this resort was a great experience. The apartments themselves are amazing not…read moreto mention the peaceful natural setting they are nestled in between. I had a few minor issues such as the water coming out of the " kettle" being cold and taking a shower is a challenge. It's difficult to shower in the main bathroom without bumping into the bath tap. The pool is amazing, stunning even although personally I found it a fraction too close to the restaurant. The buffet breakfast is decent but if you're looking to satisfy your sweet tooth with a pancake or 2 be prepared to wait in line while a machine cooks them. Dining in the restaurants is well worth the money you spend...contemporary food, decent prices and delicious. Staff are all friendly and accommodating and the spa treatment is a must.
Outrigger Little Hastings Street Villas and Penthouses
Not only a great place to stay, what with fully equipped mini-apartments and views directly onto…read morethe William Heck Reserve but ... are you ready for this - a great restaurant on the premises. Little Hastings has a delectable menu with flavours as exotic as the surroundings. The wine menu is acceptable but does reach the bounds of both low end and high end wines. Forget worrying about restaurants in Noosa when the best quality is at your hotel. Now back to the hotel - in Outrigger fashion, the rooms are well appointed. However, one major fault. There is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom. My bride and I love each other but there are some things we simply do not like to "share". Perhaps our room was a one-of-a-kind. Other than that, I highly recommend the place. Expensive but worth it.

That's too early in a holiday resort. Late check out not possible even with a payment. I know hotels have high occupancies at times, but surely not all rooms will be cleaned at 10.00am! Convenient golf buggy transfer to and from the main street. Lovely staff. Would stay again.
Ocean Breeze Resort

Friends and I booked here since it was the least expensive two bedroom unit that was near the ocean…read moreand affordable. First of all, the front desk was staffed by what I consider to be the nicest woman in all of Australia. Talked to me like a human, and when we were leaving she let us leave our car in the garage as long as we needed so we could do some last-minute activities after checking out but before we had to head back home! Second, the facilities are tropical and very nice. A regular pool, wading pool, spa, tennis court, exercise room, lounge space... and all of one street from the ocean! Third, the room was literally insane. We thought we'd stepped into some kind of a reality show. Very modern furnishings, a polished concrete floor, master bedroom loft with a built-in couch, en-suite bath with beautiful tile work and a skylight, vaulted ceilings with windows at the top and shades for them, an en-suite bath for the first floor bedroom, washing machine, two (two!!!) small balconies with furniture on them, and a kitchen fully stocked with more than enough glassware and china. The room also had a small stereo system which sounded great! Very quiet, too. Only downside: our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no lift.
The Hastings Beach Houses
This is easily the best place to stay when in Noosa. Very good value for the money, you're…read moretypically in a standalone house with your car parked right underneath you (no dragging everything through a parking garage and from one end of the property to the other), and the property is small enough that it's not a far walk to get to the street. As the other reviews have pointed out, these aren't brand-new buildings and some are partially remodeled, but none are uninhabitable and really, you are right across the street from one of the best beaches on the entire planet so you shouldn't be spending too much time on the property anyway. The bedrooms are comfortable, plenty of glasses and dishes in the kitchen, bathrooms that are plenty large, laundry machines for each unit, and a big deck. But like I said before, this place is right across the street from the beach, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, even a chemist right on Hastings. The staff is super friendly and happy to provide recommendations for things to do and where to hire sporting goods and whatnot, as well as extra towels.

Great location directly opposite Netanya and fully twenty seconds to the beach…read more Our place was recently renovated and it was perfect for us with the possible exception that GHB didn't have a bed. We were given a mattress and we put it between the two couches with the middle bit on the coffee table - he now has curvature of the spine but that's OK cos we saved about $1500 by denying him his own room. The owners are always on site and they are happy and helpful. Very reasonable rates - for Noosa that is, we could have bought a house in Tassie for the same money, but the kids were happy and we just love Noosa. Highly recommended.
After searching the net for a place to stay in Noosa this place caught our eye. It was a five…read moreminute walk to the Noosa International Food and Wine Festival, and to top it off it had free wifi. Check-in is 2pm and we arrived about 11.30am. The managers were very accommodating and were able to give us access to our room which was a deluxe two-bedroom apartment featuring a fully equipped kitchen (only the kettle was used for tea and fridge for milk). A piece of coded paper was given to us for each of our wireless devices (android phone, iPhone, iPad etc). There were numerous flights of stairs which weren't a problem for us, however, it would not suit an elderly person or one with a disability. They probably have street level accommodation in this instance but I didn't ask. As we were staying just 3 nights there is no mid-stay housekeeping and you have to be there for more than 7 nights if you want that. I did miss not having my bed made, pillow fluffed and cover folded down. Check out is 10am and as we were spending the final day in Noosa and needed the carpark for my sister who lives locally we asked management who kindly allowed us to keep the park for that day. Our suitcases were placed in secure storage and I was given the key to access, and told to leave the key in their safe deposit box as the office would be closed. The location to the festival was handy and to the many shops along Hastings Street and of course the beach (Main Beach). Saks on Hastings was good clean accommodation and perhaps is starting to look a little tired. The mattresses sank a bit and need replacing. Other than that it was a perfect place to stay and management were really nice.

I am not using my cell phone so I didn't call management but instead I e-mailed them and reported it. No one responded. Then another couple started fighting above our room at 9 am and I was fed up and sleep deprived so I walked to the office and told the receptionist about my complaint. 1st couple on the first floor at 4:30 am was kicked out, thank goodness. But this 2nd couple staying on the 2nd floor is still fighting. The man has been verbally abusing the woman and management hasn't done anything about it yet. This is just wrong. Also I had to ask the receptionist if we could stay until noon because we're still tired and did not sleep well here. It's unfortunate because I asked her yesterday when we checked in if it's a quiet area and obviously she couldn't have predicted this but she should've pointed out that the walls are thin! Not coming back here. Spacious rooms but who cares when you want to rest and are able to hear other guests through the walls and ceiling.
