the office on george jenkins blvd in n lakeland fl have the most demeaning , disrespectful and…read morearrogant staff ! after waiting more than a week for the ceo claire towney 2 call me back , habitat 4 humanity international called me and after i explained my situation said they were going 2 forward it to the board of directors and that they would be investigating the office on george jenk8ns blvd. so this morning i received a call more than 7 businees days of me requesting her 2 call me , she called this morning . when i started to tell her that habitat 4 humanity international had already called me yesterday and they epuld be sending my complaint to the board of directors she tried to talk over me so i talked over her at which point she told me that i was a very difficult person 2 talk to and told me not to turn my application in , she hung up on me ! so i immediately contacted habitat for humanity international and added this phone call to my complaint , i tried to call claire towney back but she refused 2 answer her phone and sent me 2 her voicemail . i would not suggest this particular office to anyone and at this point i refuse to deal with them anymore ! they are anything but humane ! i wish there were an option to give them a less than zero rating bc they are absolutely awful and should not be working for habitat 4 humanity , they need 2 replace claire towney , meesha and their volunteer sassy with a staff that actually cates about helping people .

Kincaid auction realty review 11-18-2024 Kincaid auction realty is currently auctioning personal property that belonged to my beloved father! My best friend!!! The promise was for 30 days of very specific advertising and promotions on various marketing platforms as well as listing them on 2 different auction websites. They were actually listed for only 5 days and without notification of them being listed and on only one auction website. After dismissing my concerns and requests for information and texting, calling and emailing to no avail on this time sensitive matter, Randy Kincaid finally responded and extended the closing date to the auction, but not to where it should be and without any of the advertising and promotions for the items that was promised! Randy Kincaid stated that the contract was signed on the 2nd of October and that was when he started the advertising and promotions. the contract was in fact not signed until the 17th of October and the personal property was not finished being documented and photographed until the 31st of October and so could not be advertised or promoted on the week of the 2nd of October as randy Kincaid stated! I have to ask; what businessperson really would pay for and advertise without a written contract securing the sale? in addition, one cannot advertise items without photos and specific information! He has not provided any proof of advertising as requested and this should be an easy task and a priority for a service provider to provide for their client. His response when asked for said information was and I quote from his email, "I don't have time to go back and find exact dates and what I did for promotion that first week." Really? I have since attempted to get him to correct this situation including the time to close and to advertise for the promised length of time and on the promised venues in order to properly market and sell my father's items with no response or respect! Crickets! He also has dark and drab photos of some very valuable items, some are antiques and collectables, that he is listing and will not market them properly. No one wants to buy something online, sight unseen in which they cannot see every aspect of the item from multiple vantage points in clear and well-lit photos! If this situation is not rectified then i will be forced to pursue legal action against Kincaid Realty Auction! Please do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere for honest, caring and capable assistance in auctioning your loved one's personal affects! Devoted son! P.S.
