the office on george jenkins blvd in n lakeland fl have the most demeaning , disrespectful and…read morearrogant staff ! after waiting more than a week for the ceo claire towney 2 call me back , habitat 4 humanity international called me and after i explained my situation said they were going 2 forward it to the board of directors and that they would be investigating the office on george jenk8ns blvd. so this morning i received a call more than 7 businees days of me requesting her 2 call me , she called this morning . when i started to tell her that habitat 4 humanity international had already called me yesterday and they epuld be sending my complaint to the board of directors she tried to talk over me so i talked over her at which point she told me that i was a very difficult person 2 talk to and told me not to turn my application in , she hung up on me ! so i immediately contacted habitat for humanity international and added this phone call to my complaint , i tried to call claire towney back but she refused 2 answer her phone and sent me 2 her voicemail . i would not suggest this particular office to anyone and at this point i refuse to deal with them anymore ! they are anything but humane ! i wish there were an option to give them a less than zero rating bc they are absolutely awful and should not be working for habitat 4 humanity , they need 2 replace claire towney , meesha and their volunteer sassy with a staff that actually cates about helping people .
