I had an old ring that was severely damaged. Stacy suggested remaking it into earrings. Her design was beautiful. I'm very pleased with the outcome. Everyone in the store was courteous and helpful. They took the time to speak with us to learn a little more about us. I also had her reset a stone in a ring. She was able to reset the stone and reinforce the setting. I will definitely return. Wow, Today, 5.15.21 my wife and I were shopping in downtown Melbourne. As soon as we walked into the store the owner of the store, Staci, asked my wife if she would like her diamond ring cleaned and the setting on her ring checked for free. She did and found one of the diamonds loose. She then said that she would tighten the setting for us and we got it repaired immediately! All I have to say is I was blown away by the dedication to the owner of this store. Little did we realize that this is the REAL owner of the Sullivans jewelers that originally did the custom band for my wife years ago here in Melbourne.
