The house is 124 years old and needed luan under the vinyl but Shane denied needing it. very sparingly used liquid leveling which was not used at all after the second kitchen repair. I paid $12,500 for this. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied. Think twice before contracting especially if you have an older home.

He called me stupid, and told me I didn't know where the property line was. I had to have the property surveyed and just like I told him the fence post was the neighbors, property line. It took me almost 6 months to get him to come back. The only reason he came back was because the City fined him for not having the proper permits.
