On 3/8/2025, we contracted with this company to build a deck for $8,200. We paid $4,100 down. The…read morecontractor made numerous promises to show up and do the work, but didn't appear without explanation. When we asked why he didn't appear, he would give an excuse and promise to come the following day or another date in the near future. Then he would not show up again, with no explanation. I stayed home from work numerous days to meet him and supervise workers, but no one came. After about 6-8 weeks of this, we told the owner, GEORGE WAYNE RUSNAK, that the work needs to begin within a week or we would like a refund. He again promised to come, didn't show without explanation, made excuses, then finally promised us a refund. It took another week to get a refund check, which was followed by a week's worth of text messages asking us not to cash the check, promising to drop off cash instead (which never materialized), and making up various excuses (each text message ending with "God bless you and your family."). When we tried to deposit the check, it was returned for insufficient funds. We will be pursuing action with the authorities. This contractor is fraudulent -- do not use.

So I agreed, they went to work the next Monday from when they came out. Very knowledgeable team, no matter what we needed they did it all, Bathroom Remodel, Flooring,Plumbing, Electrical work, outside hand rail, dishwasher hook up with pluming new electric outlets, they switched out an entire window for us. Water proofing part of the basement. Door repair, and a ton of small projects, the List goes on.... they literally do it all. Also anything the team saw that was an issue with our house Tommy would call to let us know. Super quick to suggest repairs of the said issues, and super quick with price quote. The original quote was for 1 month of work. even with all the extra stuff we kept adding on. If you saw the before and after, looks like a completely different house. Very trust worthy team. We weren't living at the house during the remodel. We had just bought the house and had not moved in yet. Gave team the code to the front door. Gave them complete trust in our house and doing the awesome work they did. also I was over an hour away so most of our communication was by text, or phone calls, and photos. They were on the same page as me the entire remodel. This company has our future business, and anyone that I know that needs any kind of work done for the history of the company. Living in a very rural area it is sometimes difficult to find a reliable and responsible person to do services in a timely manner. Jerrod said he could do the job and would be on the way as soon as he picked up a new water heater. I didn't realize Jerrod was located in Kanawha County and my rental was in Raleigh County but Jerrod showed up and completed the work. As it turned out, he had to make another trip to swap water heaters do to space limitations. He also had to remove a door frame to get the new one installed which he did and replaced and repaired the door frame as well. Jerrod is very service oriented and is very professional and courteous.
