After discussing my issues with them and trying on a couple pairs of shoes, it turns out my previous shoes were too small. Strange thing considering my age, but at some point my feel got bigger by a couple sizes. Problem solved. Once we figured out the size issue, we discussed my running/walking and then the real fun began! I tried on 5 or 6 pairs of shoes and was able to find some that feel great. I have a number of miles on them and am very satisfied. They even gave me a free shirt to go with my new shoes. Knowing what I know now, I could buy my next pair of shoes online but I will buy from Varsity again to support the great service I have gotten.

They did not have any on display so rather than buy the more expensive one, I asked one of the employees. This guy was great. He not only checked for me, be went to the back, got one and even brought it to my car. He went way above and beyond to help and was friendly the whole time. Even though the store was packed, they were well staffed and had all the registers going. While standing around I had at least four different employees ask if I needed help. Thanks Academy. I signed up one of my kids to play soccer this year and figured I knew exactly what she would need. After all, I had played soccer growing up and figured not much had changed since then. Boy was I wrong. When signing up, I was directed to this store by the league as this was the place that sold the jerseys. When I walked inside I realized that today's soccer stuff was way different from when I played. The employees in the store were very helpful and had me outfitted with jerseys, shorts and socks in about two minutes flat. They also helped me understand what specific ball we needed, why the jerseys had no numbers, and the cleats that were appropriate for this age group. Even with all of this, I was in and out in under 15 minutes. There is no way I could have had a comparable experience at one of the giant chain stores, plus the prices were very reasonable. If you find yourself in need of soccer gear, I highly recommend you visit Third Coast.

They checked other stores and found what I need in stock at another store. I will be able to go tomorrow and pick it up. The store is extremely well stocked. Clothing, shoes, life jackets, ice chests, marine road and boat parts. This store has it all. Even if you don't have a boat you could stock up on marine themed accessories. In particular, I have my eye on a ship's bell for my patio.

After it was raised and before it was scraped, I was able to retrieve a few items off of the boat. One of the items was the Lowrance fish finder with the "extended" warrenty from west marine. I brought it back to the store hoping to get a store credit for the destroyed fish finder. Well as expected, they told me there was nothing they could do without the transducer and power cord. I told them that the boat was sunk and destroyed. Sorry, nothing we can do without the transducer and power cord. Just another way to get out of the "extended" warrenty. If I would have had all the parts, then it would have been that I was missing the box or something. First of all, don't buy anything at west marine. Second, don't waste money on the "extended" warrenty. West marine does not honor the warrenty and will find any excuse to get out of it. Never again Worst Marine.

We discussed all the issues I had with my bag and he really curtailed the whole experience to what I was hoping to improve. Not once did I ever feel pressured into buying something I didn't want. It was actually the opposite. Sean gave me confidence in my driver setup and let me try a bunch of different shafts see the differences on the trackman. We were able to find some real issues with my current hybrid. After trying all the latest technology he fitted me into a proper shaft with the right stiffness, kick point and weight along with a new Callaway elyte head that was very forgiving and worked perfectly for my swing. The club feels great and is 100 times better than anything I could've bought off the rack at a big box store. I can't recommend this experience enough. lf you're serious about your game and want clubs that are curtailed to you Club Champion is the way to go. Sean never rushed me, he listened to my concerns and really made me feel like he understood what I was looking for. I'll definitely be back next time in looking to upgrade my bag.

I was impressed with the young man who helped me when I arrived for my appointment. He had me do a…read morequestionnaire, took an imprint of my feet while standing and had me try on some tennis shoes for the walking test. He went to the back and got insoles for me to try. The Good Feet system uses three different insoles, and he had me try all of them in the tennis shoe, by walking in the store. He was very communicative with me to assess the insoles. He gave me instructions as to how to use the insole system, when and how long to use each one. I was excited because my feet actually felt a whole lot better while using the insoles in the tennis shoes while walking in the store. My heel pain just about disappeared. Then, the disappointment. I was all ready to do this and buy their insole system. I had no idea what the price would be but I was thinking it would be about $500. I was way off! He did not actually say the price. He just handed me a piece of paper that showed the prices. It would have been $1800! Ouch. I was shocked. I did not buy the insoles. I give a 5 for the service and product and a 1 for the price.
