Do NOT recommend. Really terrible experience with Secretkey, don't hire this company if you locked yourself out your apartment as they may break it down without asking if the lock proves too difficult.
Background: I called Secretkey to help me open my apartment door, as I forgot my keys inside. They were helpful and arrived fairly quickly, and promised that they would be able to open the door without breaking it. This is where the positives end.They spent an hour trying to open the door with various techniques that didn't work (did not seem very professional). I went downstairs, and when I came back up they had broken through the door.
Results: This ended up breaking my wall (plaster and metal reinforcement), chipping the paint on my door, and leaving the lock loose and partially misaligned. Despite this, they still demanded the full price for their services. They promised to return to fix the damages, but I've been trying to contact them and they are now unresponsive. I could've achieved the same results in 10 minutes, and saved myself 70 euros in the process.
I understand that my lock was reinforced/difficult to pick, but they should have asked me if they could break down the door before doing so. I now have to pay a few hundred euros to repair the damages. Very disappointing experience. read more
