This lake isn't as popular in the Mont Tremblant area as there's bigger and better but I love it as I'm usually the only one here. The luge only happens from noon-2pm, so plan accordingly. It was SO fun. You first select your helmet. Then you take the specific gondola up to the start of the track. You basically get a 2 second tutorial on how to brake, then off you go! The first minute, there are some stops and turns before they let you start on the real track. It's really cool because you're pretty high up so you get a view to your left. Then you wind through some forests on the side. I think I was surprised by how fast you can go, but also how well the plastic vehicles handle. Just be careful. I got a douchebag who veered past me just as we were about to enter a slow zone with road blocks. He almost collided with me. I stopped to let him through. In any case, the course takes about 5 minutes, but it's actually surprisingly satisfying because of the many turns. You pay $12 I think for the first run, but you can do it many times for a discounted price. Honestly, it's kind of scary, and I'm not sure I would let a 10 year old on this thing.

I had a fantastic time every day I came here, it wasn't busy as its end of summer so right up my alley. On the side of the beach there's more privacy and less people that's where we hung out for the days we were there. The beach is rocky but not all parts it's not bad enough that you need water shoes so don't worry. For kids at 4 pm there's story time which seems to be a big hit! Friendly staff at the booth I had a young man named William who rented us a 2 person kayak which I've never been in before I loved it ! The lake is so pure so fresh and just really relaxing.

I'm not a hiker nor have I ever claimed to be one I do my cardio and weights at the gym but let me tell you this trail was so steep for the first 45 minutes I thought I was gonna fall over lol. We started off at the side where all the Coca Cola chairs are and decided this was the fastest way home. It was a great hike down a lot to see the view is gorgeous of course, and there was a little stream so we could freshen up. It took about 1.5 hours down really wasn't that bad and I would do it again. The lady at the ticket booth really doubted us wasn't friendly at all but that didn't stop us from going up and hiking back down like. Champions. She said 2.5 hours but we cut that in half because we the best lol. I suggest to anyone to hike down the ski side and not follow the foot trail it'll take longer and who has time for that ?

If you are facing the Gondola Lift follow trail to the left of the gondola. Different degrees of difficulty along the way en route to the top of the mountain, and you can decide where you want to stop. The waterfalls are right at the start, but about half way up the trail - you will also have a great view of the area and great spot for a picnic. Enjoy, and remember mosquito repellent, good hiking shoes, and water.
